The perfect size

I purchased this pan to use in my toaster oven and I'm very happy with the quality of this item. I love that I can start cooking something on the stove and finish it in the toaster oven. It is the perfect size if you're cooking a main course for one to two people or a side dish for the whole family. I love the deep blue color - it looks great on the table!

Just the right size

This product is just the right size when cooking for 1-2 people. It is not heavy and easily fits into the toaster oven. It is just what I needed.

Very versatile and easy to clean

This pan does an excellent job of browning and can then be placed directly in the oven for slow cooking. I used a slightly lower cook temp as the pan heats very well and evenly. Even after a sticky recipe containing honey was slow cooked in the oven for an extended period and the pan looked ruined, it cleaned easily with a soak, scrape with nylon scraper, and washed. It looks new again! My favorite pan!

Excellent Cooker!

My mom has a much more expensive cast iron pan and I wanted to try out a cast iron pan but at a more affordable price, so I bought this one. A great choice by far...its an excellent fryer, in addition to braising, and the enamel coating helps food turn out perfectly. It performed just as well as my mother's much more expensive Staub...

Small Footprint - Fits Well on My Stove

I like the small footprint, and I can keep it on top of my stove at all times. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. Having said that, everything sticks to it. I followed the instructions to season the pan. I’m not sure if this is supposed to prevent foods from sticking, but I have to soak the pot a while before I wash it. Kind of a pain!

It’s a great size pan, well made & the color is wonderful. I’m a huge fan of cast iron & this one hits the mark. Perfect for searing steaks or making a 2 person frittata. Great pan, great price.

Perfect size for two

This pan is the perfect size for two people. It easily goes from the stove to the table. I have used it several times since purchasing it and it cleans up beautifully. The green color is more subtle than it looks in the picture and matches my dishes perfectly. I got several compliments on it when I used it to serve a side dish on Easter. I received the pan quickly and it was well packaged.

PERFECT Size Cast Iron Enamel Braiser

I had been looking for a 2 quart size cast iron enamel braiser for quite a while and could only find ones that were a good deal larger and very HEAVY! This braiser is absolutely exactly what I was looking for. It cooks everything beautifully as cast iron is known for. The navy blue color is a great shade...a true "navy" and not so dark it looks black. Price was very reasonable and delivery was prompt. I could not be more pleased with this purchase and would HIGHLY recommend.

Excited about this pan

I have always wanted a cast iron skillet to cook with. I love the fact that it can go from stovetop to oven in just one pan and that it comes with a lid. Anxiously looking forward to my first use by roasting some chicken thighs as I have seen on tv or videos many times. It is the perfect size for a household of two seniors. A little weary about the care "seasoning" for this pan, but I will figure it out and be sure to keep this pan in tip top condition. I am very excited about finally having this cast iron skillet and look forward to many uses and hopefully successful well tasting meals!
