It's very useful however comes with a couple of major drawbacks. It has 2 speeds super fast and ludicrus speed. It's very likely you'll make a mess of everything around you. Second, it is advised you use it for only 30 seconds each time and give it a 2 minute break or you could end up in the future. Major drawbacks if you ask me. The cord sucks too. It would've solved everything if it was a power powered battery.

Great multipurpose kitchen tool

The Immersion Blender couldn't be easier to use. From blending, chopping, whisking, this tool does it all. Easy cleanup as well. I was pleasantly surprised at how many functions this has. Had I known about this early on, it would have saved me a lot of money because I wouldn't have needed several other purchases I had made in the past and now don't need as the Immersion Blender pretty much does it all.

Great product for multi-uses!

I bought this to mix up my smoothies with various protein powders and fresh fruit, but I have found so many more uses for it. I use it for chopping add-ons for my salads, stews, and other food items. Clean up is easy, just be careful with the blades.

OK, my rating is not truthful, but it's the best I could give. Were it up to me, I'd give this little guy at least 7 stars because it's a total game changer in my kitchen. This gadget was meant to replace my old immersion blender (and by old, I mean one my mother gave me around 40 years ago), and wow, is it ever light years ahead! The power in this thing is most impressive, as I discovered while pulverizing some tomatoes I had roasted for my marinara sauce. But the real star of the show is the little whisk attachment, which came in extra handy for whipping up some egg whites for Christmas morning waffles. I can't wait to use it on my hollandaise sauce, not to mention whipping up heavy cream for dessert toppings. The little food processor style chopper should also get plenty of use in my kitchen. If you've read this far, what are you waiting for? You NEED this device!

Works well

I have only used this once since purchasing it about a month ago but it worked as intended and was easy to operate. This is my first experience using this type of blender and I was pleased with it.

Works well so far

Purchased for my 80 year old mother in law. She has used it twice so far to chop onions and beat eggs. She did not have any issues with assembly, disassembly or use. Chopped much faster than she could! Fairly easy for her to clean as well. We will check back in a few months and let everyone know if anything changes.
