Good sturdy faucet

This replaced a similar 1993 Delta "Pilar" faucet. Online reviews indicated this brand would be sturdy and have a reliable washerless cartridge. (I preferred the simple graceful curve rather than the H-shaped antique look.) I paid a plumber to install it, good choice because the undersink shutoffs also needed replacing, and I don't like soldering in that cramped area. The faucet arrived with no missing parts, and the installation went smoothly.

Faucet design considerations

Not quite what we hoped for. The angle of the flow from the nozzle is not vertical enough, difficult to target when filling containers. And the aerator is very sporadic; sometimes delivering a nice flow, and having excessive spraying at other times.

Good Backup Spare

I bought the Gerber faucet to keep on hand as it is the closest match to my existing faucet which is starting to leak at the swivel base. The 25 year warranty is sufficient for my needs.

As you can see, this product is still in the box and is waiting to be installed, which will be tonight. I am very excited to install it. It is going to be higher than my current kitchen faucet is, however, if you look at the curve of the faucet… That is what I am a little nervous about because it isn’t a perfect hook. It has a unique shape to it!

Happy with my purchase of this faucet set-up. I purchased it for its clean and simple design. It works nicely and it’s well-priced. Using the soap dispenser is a bit difficult due to its smaller size but not a dealbreaker for me.

Fantastic Faucet Replacement

This was a perfect replacement set for fixtures that were nearly 25 years old and suffering from the effects of hard water with iron, calcium, manganese and other minerals which eventually caused the old fittings to be coated in minerals and leak.

I really like the look and function of this faucet set and ours is working perfectly. However, there are several connections that rely on rubber washers and o-ring seals and I think that's why some people report leaks when the tap or sprayer is running. My recommendation is add a little vaseline to the o-rings and slide surfaces before installation so nothing gets bound up or twisted in assembly, and don't over tighten anything. Just let the o-rings and rubber seals do their job and I think it will work out great. The other complaint is the second or so of water over-run when you turn the tap off. This is due to the slight pressure built up in the plastic spray hose, even when it's not being used. So - here's an idea - try turning the tap off a second earlier. The actual tap valve shuts off fine. One star off for value because it is a bit pricey but it does have all the features we needed.

We really like our new faucet. It's attractive and the finish matches my stainless appliances. The install and instructions were straightforward and not too difficult. Water comes out at a higher pressure than my last Moen faucet. The one thing I didn't notice when shopping... all 4 of the base plates are different shapes. Why aren't they matching? If I had seen that, I probably wouldn't have ordered it. But now that I have it installed, it's all good.

Off isn't a hard stop! It's a gradual stop!

Just had this installed. When I turn the water off it isn't immediate like every faucet I've ever used - it gradually slows and then stops. Tell me this is an installation mistake or manufacturing defect! There is NO WAY this is how they are all made!

This Danze faucet is excellent as are the others we have in our bathrooms. Very solid, well made products. The faucet is angled slightly forward so the water doesn't go straight down rather out a little bit. The sprayer is plastic but works well. The soap dispenser is fine tho we often use a stand alone foaming soap dispenser. We had a plumber install it so I can't comment on installation ease. Not too many faucets available with separate sprayer and handle, so it was nice to find this one.

The faucet itself is metal and feels solid. I put this in a sink with a standard three hole mounting and didn't use the soap dispenser. The sprayer is plastic and feels cheap, but works decently. The faucet does leak for few seconds after you turn off the water, but this is a minor annoyance. Overall a pretty good faucet for the price.

Good Quality Faucet

Pleased with this product. It is a good quality product which we recommend to our customers in our showroom. We even have one on display for them to see and try out before.

This faucet set was much higher quality than I was expecting. Install went easily, however, not to long after, the sprayer would not completely shut off and continued to leak. Called customer service and they were great about sending out a replacement part within 2 days. It's been fine since (two weeks later).
