Not good

Bought this roasting pan and the first time I used it to bake a ham, it discolored. Yesterday used it a second time to bake an apple crisp and after washing it and drying it with a paper towel all black came off!! Its not a good pan! I have bought many other green pan products including your essential electric skillet and have been pleased with them, but not this purchase.

The evolution of the cast iron

Absolutely loving my new carbon steel frypan so far. Unlike the cast iron skillets that we use, it heats up quickly and we've been able to cook eggs in this pan, without tons of scrubbing after.

Great Pan!

This pan is great, but do not count on the coating it comes with. Wash it as soon as you get it then give it a good seasoning.

Skillet won’t sit flat on glass top range.

Warped when heated and won’t sit flat on glass top range. Probably ok for gas stove where this might not be an issue. Don’t have this issue with casts iron skillet. Did return to flat once cooled, but then warped again when heated to even low medium heat. Too bad, I liked all other elements of the pan.

Non-stick after the first wash

Choice material for cookware. Non-toxic with great heat conduction. Very satisfied.

Best fry pan for your miney

Excellent pan. It’s large enough to make Assassin’s spaghetti. I’m thrilled to have a great pan.

Best Grill Pan

Like all of my Green Pan purchases, I love this pan! Perfect size, easy to clean, leaves great grill marks, and being able to finish in the oven is key for me. I highly recommend.

Balanced and well designed. Heats evenly. Cooks a multitude of dishes.

No more aluminum pans for me

Great pan for grilling or to get that grilled, seared look on chicken,beef, or tuna steaks. Easy to clean. Will be using this pan often. Have gotten away from any pans made with aluminum.

8” high carbon fry pan

This pan has a Very nice weight to it. And with a little butter in the pan an egg floats around better that any pan I have ever had.

Terrific pan!

Just like the description, it was ready to use. A quick wash and I made eggs in it. No sticking whatsoever. I have used this pan several times now and I am very impressed. This is going to be my “go to” pan from now on. I like the heat absorption and distribution better than other pans. This was definitely a worthwhile investment.

Horrible quality rust after 1st use

solid and well made

Well made, solid, good thickness of steel, and good finish. Is very non-stick. Have used in oven and on stovetop so far. Have not tried over open fire yet. Pours out stock well without dripping. Is smaller than some roasters, so pay attention to measurements. Would do a turkey up to 15 pounds I would think, but not much bigger than that. Releases scrambled eggs easily. Good choice to make hash browns, bacon, and eggs all in one pan on stovetop, for example.

Worst pan ever!!!

Bought for my husband for Christmas to fry his morning eggs. Terrible! Sticks not matter what you use or don’t use! Put in oil, like it says, still sticks. How do you develop this “patina”? Don’t buy!
