Nice, quality gate. Seems very sturdy. Unfortunately, the gate arrived either cosmetic damage and missing parts. Manufacturer mailed replacement parts quickly. Wayfair was helpful in connecting us with Manufacturer to resolve issue. Frustrated that we will need to paint/seal this new gate due to its condition upon arrival. Otherwise, it's exactly what we were expecting.

I wanted the 16-ft gate but ended up with the 14-ft gate. Website showed the 16-ft in stock but after 3-4 weeks with no response after payment had already been made I had to call to find out where my gate was. That's when I found out the 16-ft was out of stock. I was able to switch to the 14-ft gate which is ok but not what I wanted but did not want to wait 3 more months. Gate is ok and is as expected, welds are sloppy but looks good otherwise, good quality coating. I would give the gate a 4 out of 5 but because of the customer service, I'm only giving it a 2.
