The product was/is perfect i.e. the manufacturer gets 5 stars. The process of getting it through Home Depot gets only one star. The first time I went to pick it up, the lock boxes outside did not work and it turns out it was not in one of them anyway. When Customer service found the box with my name on it, it was not what I ordered at all. They reordered it for me. And the rest went smoothly. Except it again was not in one of the outside "lock boxes".

The brass attachments are very good, however, the plastic tube for paper holding is flimsy. Hope it is made of brass finished solid tubes of heavier duty plastic or steel or aluminum.

since you asked..........hmmmm let me see now...........I think if I had waited one more day to buy this this brass plated tp holder to replace the exact same one that I purchased 5-6 years ago and during that time the plating just sort of disappeared, anyway I would have purchased it for an additional 50% discount from the already marked down discounted price....thanks wayfair.......NOT...........but wait !!!!!! maybe its the fractron assembled krytonite paint that is on my bathroom walls which caused the brass plating to be etched off...........because the same thing seems to be happening to me.............lol.............im sorta of being etched out with old age also..........lol

Good for the money

These toilet paper holders work just fine for us. Have to be careful when installing to get the two halves of the holders the proper distance apart. They work as well as the ones which cost 60% to 80% more.

Cost efficient however not time efficient

The anchors for the screws are cheaply made and were too difficult to insert into the wall since they were cheap. I ended up having to use my own anchors which worked out fine. I also found it frustrating that If wanting to have the entire product to be gold which is logical, you can only purchase the toilet paper holder online however the 99 cent refill rod/stick that the tp rests on is only available for purchase at the store. Taking into consideration that I initially went into the store to review the tp holder and only found the 99 cent refill, I left the store to return home and purchase everything online to then discover that the 99 cent refill could only be purchased in-store. In conclusion, 2 trips to the store and one online purchase led to one complete product purchase.

Matched Existing Hardware

We were looking to match existing hardware and found this product in the Home Depot catalog. It was a good match. I would have preferred a goldtone rather than a white plastic spool but this was a close enough match.
