Bad experience

I really like the design of the light. I was so excited to see when it arrived. But then when my electrician was ready to hang it he realized we don’t have canopy included with the light so I went to Ferguson store to find out if they sell separate. When I contact one of the consultant, she showed me another model but that doesn’t have canopy too. Then she told me that I will have to buy trac for that particular light. But then when I looked up for the trac, they don’t have in gold. It’s so frustrating when you imagine everything then don’t work. I really disappointed with this light. I think they should have to provide the piece that goes with that light. Otherwise people buy it and then they end up returning back. I hate to say but don’t buy this light.
