When product is wet it is still slippery but it does create a grip for tile.

The description said it would cover up to 750 square feet. This is a pretty small container and it's not even going to cover my living room. I don't know how they expect to get 750 square feet out of a quart.

Easy application. Bathroom tiles are slightly rougher after applying, hopefully it will prevent slips.

Does the job

Easy to use, covers a lot of area and definitely cuts down on the slipperiness of tile stairs. After the initial drying time it takes a while to fully cure, but it does the job.

This product ended the problem of a slippery bathroom floor for my brother who has ataxia. It goes on easily. I put it down on a porcelain floor with a 4" roller with a foam cabinet roller cover. It literally saved us from ripping out the floor.

Used for grout and tile. Great

Not only did it seal the grout well but as I wiped it over the Italian tile on the walls and the floor I get nice beading up of water. I will redo with a sealing wipe on a rag every 3 to 6 months.
