At order time a date frame was given, to be delivered by 7/28/24. On 7/25/24 the shipping company called to set up delivery on 7/30/ 24 in the afternoon. Okay, no big deal, 2 days later than stated. I took from 11:00 off from work on 7/30/24. No delivery by 7:00. I track the delivery and where they previously said 09:00- 7:00 pm, it now says 7:00pm-10:00 pm. 8:30 pm, I check tracking again and now it says, “You will need to reschedule”. I am now thoroughly ticked off. I lost over half a day of work for nothing. What is the point of scheduling without following through, or calling the customer? At 08:00 am on 7/31/24 I called the shipper. Response: Sorry. The person answering said she would have called and notified me if they weren’t delivering on 7/30! That helps me not at all. Sorry doesn’t cut it! Guess what, they are delivering on 7/31/24 now, but she does not know the trucker or when it will be delivered. So now I have to take another day off. ( Who is reimbursing me for 12 hours missed at $43/hour? What kind of business doesn’t deliver when scheduled? Who is accountable and how are they held accountable for not calling the customer or for failure to deliver? This vanity cost me $512.00 extra do to lost wages and I am very displeased. When I checked tracking on 7/31/34 it now said “truck loaded Ed at 3:43 am, so I doubt it was ever out for delivery on 7/30/24. NO ONE IS EVER ACCOUNTABLE FOR FAILURES, but the customer always gets screwed. “Sorry,” does not cut it for me, when I have now paid above and beyond for the vanity. Who is going to make it right with me? I gave a one star for value of the vanity for the money because: I am out $512. and all six doors on the vanity stick.
Very well put together. The paint was perfect and the soft close drawers are really nice! Handles are nice and heavy metal. Only complaint is the shelf… it gets in the way of the plumbing, so the areas of cutting a hole in it, I just removed it. Otherwise, a nice high quality product!
Looks great and love it! But counter is hard to keep clean and easily corrodes with anything acidic (lemon or vinegar) or harsh cleaning solutions, so needs extra tender care to keep clean. Also, easily stains because dealing with yellowing from water stains around the faucet, so need to caulk well.
I opened and peeked at it. It is beautiful!!! The top is pure white! Just what i wanted. The drawers are soft closed but they do move very nice. the two doors are soft close. I will be back after install which wont be until mid march. I am so very happy with what i saw!
Installed today. Love the look and sturdiness. Well worth the money. Nicer then anything I saw in stores
