chat / return department not up to standard

Needed to return items. Tried calling for help and everything diverted back to online chat. Waited 30 minutes with chat for agent twice just to be cut off at the end. Finally got an agent on the third time and they were going to put the order for review with expected response in 48 hrs. That was 7 days ago and nothing.

Buyer beware. Inspect on Delivery!

Light fixture arrived in good condition and before the scheduled delivery date. Easy to install.

This is how our fixtures look, around 1-2 years after installation. We have lots of these. We are sick about it. The warranty of 1 year has expired. With the supply chain/labor issues, we purchased these outside the warranty window. We Hope Kichler will help us regardless.

Clean & modern look!

We were looking for an up and downlight sconce for the exterior of our house by the front door. So many similar styles were much too tall for the space we have, so we were happy to find this one at just over 12" - a perfect fit!

Nice fixture; Not dimmable.

Fine product and construction. Not dimmable so unsuitable for my application.

High quality and easy to install

The Kichler Cylinder 12" Wall Light has exceeded my expectations! Not only was it easy to install and setup, but it was the perfect size and provided plenty of vibrant lighting. The color of the product fits well with my home decor and it looks modern. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for an easy to install light that illuminates your room perfectly.

Great wall light.

This was such a great wall light! It was a great size of 12 inch LED light. It was super easy to install and came with easy directions. I love how simple and classic is looks and how great and illuminates. I would highly recommend it would love to purchase more for other areas in my home.

Stay away

These integrated LED lights performed beautifully. I bought 25 for the exterior of a bowling alley in Philadelphia. They started dying after two years. Today 5 years later there may be 2 that still function properly. They are rated for 40,000 hours by my calculations only being lit at night thats about 10 years. Waste of money and company wanted nothing to do with me to help...

Stay away from integrated Bulbs

I purchased 25 units of this fixture about six years ago to use on the exterior of one of my bowling Alleys in Philadelphia. We replaced nearly 10 of them since and today I would say that only 2-3 fixtures are fully functional most either illuminate only downward or are very faint upward. I contacted the company and they did not care to hear or have technical support/production look into the failure. These light are rated for 40,000 hours which is about ten years if you consider they are only lit at night(they are on a timer) I don't think we got half of the time they are expected to last. I do not recommend an integrated bulb and the company should consider stopping production. This is not a cheap fixture and the clearly do not stand behind it. I would be glad to provide photos if contacted....

This is beautiful . It s sleek and looks so nice . It gives out the right amount of light . I would highly recommend . I get so many compliments. Kitchler makes beautiful lighting at an affordable price . The installation is super easy .

This light is absolutely fabulous. I love the way it looks outside my door. I get compliments all the time! It was super easy to install with my knowledge and came in perfect condition. The quality overall is excellent. I absolutely recommend!

These are very well priced sconces that look and feel expensive. I love the modern look and the rich black color. They really pop against the house color.
