The trim kit was very nice however the application is confusing and it did not fit

MOEN indicates valve discontinued in 2021

My dad is an invalid, so my shopping is online. I ordered this transfer valve for bathroom remodeling. I ordered all merchandise prior to construction. Ordered July 2023 and construction started 8/22/23. This valve is missing hardware and contractors went to the store to exchange but all the valves were missing same hardware. Called Moen and they said item was discontinued in 2021. Now I am in some kind of arbitration process to return because Home Depot declined due to my Return Activity.

I replaced an old chrome Moen faucet trim in a ceramic tile shower and the hole was already cut so had to be particular on fit this fits perfectly and love the style with all the other Align accessories haven’t installed yet so no pic

After multiple trips to HD trying to work with employee to figure out the missing valve and how to get it it was a nightmare and then calling online services they referred me to moen for the valve that is back ordered and unable to get for a good amount of time doesn’t work well when you’re trying to finish a bathroom huge disappointment and this is coming from a contractor that shops HD dailey and never has this problem before

Beautiful however the style I wanted which as slightly more modern came back in stock so I returned this one.

Very good and easy sit up for 3 shower combos, Moen customer support I found out to be the best support I have seen in a company. Just for that reason I would buy again, and the product works great.

Do not buy with the valve kit mentioned here!

This trim kit is beautiful and exactly what I wanted however I purchased it with the valve kit mentioned below on the Home Depot app and they do not fit together. I had the valves installed and my bathroom renovation completed, when it was time for the trim kit they were not a match. I unfortunately had to go with a more expensive and less attractive trim kit because of this. Double check that the parts match

Nope, called Moen they said the Trim Kit and the Valve are not matched. Therefore, no cartridge and cartridge nut come with them.
