I like this system for its design and having all the functions I wanted. Some of the parts however are cheap feeling and completely plastic. Looks nice, but for the price I feel like there are other brands I would buy next time.

Overall, it is a solid choice, although some of the pieces feel cheap. The cover on the valve has already come off once in 6 months. It was a quick renovation, though, and overall, things are just not built the way they used to be.

I have used Grohe shower systems in three bathrooms. The directions suck, so you have to find videos for instructions. The chrome finishes water spot and are difficult to remove even with a softened and charcoal filtered water supply. Never again Grohe.

cheap components, sloppy design

Have been using for a month now and am very unsatisfied with this product. First, it came with some parts missing, but once installed, i noticed other things.

The product is amazing and the delivery went all well as planned!!

cheap plastic parts that break easily

We bought this for our guest room and are very disappointed. It's beautiful and elegant but it broke very quickly with limited use. The gearing behind the thermostat and diverter control knobs are both made out of plastic and crack and then slip. Have a look at the enclosed photo. the small crack in the cheap plastic part is enough to disable the unit. It used to sort of work if you played with it a bit. Now it just doesn't. They should make the important parts of out metal next time. This is garbage. Customer support was not helpful. Garbage ABS Plastic crap

Installed a new Geotherm mixing valve in a client home recently. The valve body seems ok but the plethora of cheap ABS plastic (some of the cheapest plastic available) for all the knobs was astounding. The cap for the temperature adjustment was broke out of the box. For the price these should have been made out of gold, well at least some sort of metal. Also the complexity of the system is way over the top considering Kohler, Moen and Delta offer similar setups that are less complicated and less expensive. I would never recommend this product to another customer.

Works well! Happy with the combination shower head and the hand bar.

I really like the thermostatic valve, it delivers consistent temp shower even when toilets are flushed and washing machine is running. I didn't give it 4 stars for two reasons. The knobs that change from handle to showerhead feels cheap, it's not metal, I'm concerned about it breaking. Also, I didn't realize that the handle and showerhead cannot operate at the same time.

This is amazing! The quality and the look of all the pieces is very good. I use it for my clients bathrooms and for my own!

High quality without the big price tag. Even our Plumber was impressed with the quality of its manufacturer. Very detailed installation instructions left no guesswork, but 100 should be installed by a professional.
