Expect water damage

Bought this about a year ago and like other people I found out too late that the design of the faucet is a problem. After you turn it off a bit of water continues to come out of the faucet. It runs down the faucet to the back of the sink where you can't really see. We noticed after a few months that there was always standing water on the counter. I reinstalled the sink thinking it must be a drain issue but later noticed the water running down the faucet onto the countertop. Unfortunately I didn't notice the water going in behind the doors on the vanity and they have both been damaged. The design is horrible and I hope nobody else buys this faucet. I have bought Vigo faucets before and had no problem but this one is a dud. Stay away. I have also contacted customer service about the problem and have yet to receive a response.

Great guest bathroom faucet!

We had purchased the smaller unit, to close to the sink to wash our hands, this one is better as it is taller and fits the purpose

Nice Faucet buy Major Design Flaw

While this faucet is nice quality and appealing aesthetically, it has a major design flaw. Because the spout angles backwards and down, any residual drips of water at the outlet run backwards down the faucet, pooling at the base of the faucet. This results in a pool of water developing at the base of a faucet, which will eventually seep below the countertop and, in the case of a laminate top, cause the laminate to bubble and delaminate. This pool of water is likely not noticeable because this faucet is designed for a vessel sink, so the sink is raised, concealing the pool. Vigo was not helpful in resolving this issue. Because of these reasons I cannot recommend this faucet at all.

I love this faucet. Very solid. Looks really great. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the product says it comes with drain assembly and there was no drain assembly that came with it.

Defective. Leaked all over my vanity when using it. Had to replace it only after having it for a few weeks. What a pain. Don’t buy.

Great faucet. The flow could be a bit more even (like the pictures) but it works well and is good quality.

sleek looking, well made. When we first installed this with our VIGO vessel sink we thought oh crap this is going to shoot straight out of the sink. when we turned it on we realized the water actually comes out of the bottom of the end not the end, so it works great. Might want to look at VIGO vessel sinks they are beautiful!

Beautiful faucet. Very well made. Im an interior designer and have used this brand before in other jobs of mine. Will send photos when this remodel job is done.

Water doesn't flow properly out of the spout. It doesn't have pressure, and doesn't even shoot the water into the middle of the vessel sink. Very disappointed.
