We had a KWC faucet that was 17 years old and leaking like mad. If I still had the receipt, KWC would have replaced it for free, but I could not find it so we bought this beauty. Thankfully the existing cutout in the countertop was the correct size for this Brizo and It's so cool. Looks like a Star Wars droid. The 360 degree swivel is great. Mine only can go 270 degrees due to the position by the window, but that's better than what we had. This allows us to move the faucet fully out of the sink area which gives full clearance to get bigger pots in. The touch feature is super useful too. I wear rubber gloves when washing dishes and at first I was taking the gloves off because touch didn't seem to work with them on then I discovered that I just need to touch the light area when I have my gloves on and that will shut it off or turn it on. It's quite different than any other available too. I looked at so many high end faucets. The designers must be going from one company to the next and bringing the same ideas with them because they ALL LOOK THE SAME. This one is unique, functional and beautiful. I highly recommend it!

So far So Good

I looked a long time for a faucet that was functional, yet aesthetically appealing. My husband installed this faucet in Lux Gold about an week ago. He said the install was relatively straightforward. This is our first touch sensor, so that is taking some time to get used to. My husband wishes it wasn’t touch sensitive all over, since he’s been sprayed a few times unexpectedly. 😆 The only complaint that I have is the cross-bar didn’t come with a tool to tighten it. When I reach to pull the nozzle out, the magnet is quite strong and the cross-bar joint is loose, so the cross-bar folds/collapses with the nozzle attached. But otherwise I love it. The light display for hot and cold is an added bonus. So far I’m very happy with the investment.

100% worth the cost. I love everything about this faucet. The adjustable arm - adjusts height-wise and spout reach. The touch sensor is extremely convenient as well as the temperature sensor. Absolutely love it!

Not able to install yet as the builders are not at that point yet but everything looks as I expected and I can't wait to use it. High quilitay materials with a beutiful finish!

No strong wash mode

For the price, it could have incorporated a strong rinse spray mode. Otherwise it is great

Best touch faucet out there! Once you try this, you will never go back! We just moved, and put this in our new house, because the one at our old house was so enjoyed! Stylish and works great! Warning... you may occasionally tap other peoples' faucets, expecting them to turn on!
