Installed and works and looks great; paid more for Delta than some similar ones on this site but feel Delta is a better brand than the cheaper ones, so hopefully no leaks with behind the wall fittings.

The rain shower head is a fantastic upgrade that transforms the shower experience. It provides a gentle, even flow that feels like standing in light rain—perfect for a relaxing, spa-like feel. The wide coverage means you get soaked easily, and it’s adjustable for optimal positioning. Installation was quick, and while it does use a bit more water, the comfort it adds is worth it.

weak water pressure

I recently purchased the [Model#342701-SP] and have been thoroughly disappointed with its performance. Despite replacing the shower head with a high-flow model, the water pressure remains weak. Additionally, achieving hot water requires turning the handle to maximum, and the cold/hot water mixing is inadequate.

Overall, a very beautiful shower handle combination. The color is gold and bronze, and is of high-quality! It really elevates the space! 

Underwhelming

Product looks great from the pictures but after installing it, I was unimpressed and disappointed. The water pressure from the shower head is minimal and weak. Definitely not the kind of spa experience I was expecting for a product that's almost $500. Also, the shower head and handheld have to be used separately! They can't be used at the same time. Very disappointing for something we had high hopes for. Would not recommend this product to any of my family or friends.

This item arrived in terrible, not new condition. We did NOT buy a “open box” item but feel like we received something of similar condition. The box and all tape securing the box had been ripped open. The interior boxes were also opened and parts appeared to be poorly repackaged. I “chatted” with Wayfair customer service expressing my concerns. Since there was no “visible” damage, Wayfair refused to replace the fixture with another. My only option was to pay for a return and order another new fixture. I fear that we will hire an expensive plumber to install this expensive shower only to discover that there is damaged or missing parts confirming the concerns that I had shared with Wayfair.

Good quality set

Good set with a solid heavy plate. I added a 3 way diverter (replaced the 2 way that comes with the set) so you can use the shower and handheld at the same time. Would recommend this one as it’s reasonably priced and seems to be a good quality.

The design of this product is really pretty; the first order I placed came with a dented piece that need replacement ( trim part). But unfortunately now the plumber has to replace the cartridges because the valves ( both) are noisy for some reason.

Great Choice!

We chose this shower head for our bathroom renovation. It provides a gentle rain of water which feels very luxurious. I’m glad we made this choice!

Plastic - very disappointed.

The shower head is plastic. And the wand hose is advertised as metal but it is also plastic. Such a let down for a Delta product. Way too much money for plastic parts.

This kit arrived as ordered. The brushed nickel finish looks good. My bathroom remodel starts in a few days, so I'll know more when work is completed. (I don't know if I'll be able to post a subsequent review to praise this product and add photos)

Shower system

I love how sleek this product looks. The color looks great with wood tiles. I just wish the hand held shower had a grab bar with an adjustable mount design as seen on other products.

The hand held shower spray looks terrible. The hose is hard and not flexible. Why would Delta design something like this? Now I need to purchase another hand held spray, but not from Delta.

Purchased as part of a bath to shower conversion since the walls were being taken down. I have not installed it yet but the hardware quality is solid and the biggest selling point was having the lifetime residential warranty which gives me piece of mind for the future in case of any issues. Looking forward to many years of use for this shower system!

Amazing, but wish the water pressure was higher

Absolutely gorgeous, and it feels like you’re showering in the rain. The wand is very gentle, which some people will like - it’s great for washing your face with, for example - but I wish the water pressure for it could be increased. It’s also common for the water in the wand to be cold for a split second when you switch the flow to it. This isn’t a matter of waiting for the water to heat up - you can use the wand, switch to the shower head, then back to the wand, and the wand is already cold if it’s been longer than a few minutes. These are minor things, but with how often you use the wand for a shower like this, I’m docking a star for it.

I love the design of the shower system. I was looking for this design from a reputable company that reminds me of the more expensive brand designs. I found one. This will be my go-to shower set from now on

Very beautifully. Made with wonderful quality has a nice heavy feel without being too heavy. Included all the hardware to be able to install it correctly. I personally haven't gotten it installed yet because I am moving. And I didn't want to install it and then have to take it down.

This beautiful shower head turned my shower into a spa instantly! This shower head didn’t make the water pressure go down as much as I thought it would with it being so wide and made a relaxing switch compared to my normal shower head. The only downside was I couldn’t change it out on my own and had to ask my dad for assistance.

Beautiful finish on the hardware, feels super sturdy and the instructions make it so easy to set up. I’m not the most handy person so I had a friend stop by and set it up for me, but he didn’t have any hiccups installing which is great. Looking forward to seeing how long this last.
