Update after 6 months

After sleeping on this for 6+ months, I realized it was the cause to my shoulder pain. It’s so soft and deep that I realized it was pushing my shoulders forward like a hunchback while laying on my back! I took it off, and my shoulders felt almost back to normal within the first 3 nights after removing it. The foam does not breath and just absorbs my husbands heat. I can’t even lay on it without sheets and a fan on because it’s so hot! Do not recommend and On Molecule would not refund after 30 days, even though their return policy states you have to sleep on mattresses for a minimum of 30 days before you can return it. Seems that a topper would take just as long to adjust to. Not confusing at all!

So worth the money!!

OMG, game changer. But this on top of our old mattress and it's even better than a new mattress!!

We were desperate and optimistic to have the topper as we have purchased two beds from you. But unfortunately we cannot sleep on it, period. Too hot, too soft, and most of all we could not move. We would like to return it if possible. Thank you!

I thought this topper would have a covering. I never expected to just have the foam topper just like that. But since that's the case it leave my bed looking lumpy. While it is soft, feeling like you are on a cloud it also have a smell I do not care for and the edges are not rounded like a mattress. I am hoping the scent will fade but I think putting the foam in a cover would be an improvement

I followed the procedure to return my product and have had no response. The mattress pad seems ok, but doesn't work for us. It makes me super hot and made.my wife's pain worse. We want to return it and have had no reply

I usually wake up with extreme back pain although I sleep on a tempur- pedic mattress. My daughter suggested this mattress topper after extensive research. I absolutely can’t say enough how wonderful it is to get full nights sleep and wake up pain free. I highly recommend this product.

Woke up without pain!

I have chronic neck and back pain that I see a chiropractor for and do physical therapy. Despite my adjustments, I had been waking up with back and neck pain for months. The first night on my copper topper, I didn't have any pain when I woke up. It was such an unusual feeling because pain was just the norm for me before.

This mattress topper has a very strong chemical smell. I was hoping in time it would get better but it has been over 2 months and the smell is still very strong. Not sure how I would have returned it anyway but now we'll end up living with the toxins in this topper or throwing it out. Also, the topper seems to produce heat rather than cooling. 2 stars because it is comfortable, just can't live with the smell.

Too soft, caused backache

I am a 71 year old woman, 5'5" 140 lbs. Being a side-sleeper I needed more softness in my shoulder area than my mattress alone provided. The 3" Molecule Copperwell Topper delivered the shoulder softness but it allowed my hips to sink too much bringing my spine out of alinement. I woke up with a backache every morning for the two months I slept on it. Now it is useless to me, a waste of money and I hope to donate it somewhere. If it had had a 90 day return policy it would be returned. Also, the chemical smell was awful for a week. Aired it outside on the deck.

I’m a believer!

I spent months reading about different mattress pads to help fix the pain my mattress was causing. My mattress is way to hard and I woke up with back and hip pain every morning.
