Great Looking Fixture
We have replaced these Newbury fixtures every 10-12 years. They are built to last and have withstood the harsh Florida sun (with some patina) and Hurricane winds (200 yards from the Atlantic Ocean). Highly recommend.
Poor quality screws
The light is beautiful and seems to be a good quality, but one of the screws included stripped while installing.

Outdoor lighting
We went to the showroom in Richmond, hoping to see the lights we wanted on display. Staff was busy talking on the phone and oretty much ignored us, so we left. I ordered ghe lights and bulbs online and they arrived quickly. We had an electrician install the lights. We are very happy with our purchase. A bulb burst after a few days. It was replaced after calling customer service.
Got some issues
I bought two of the 29.5 inch and two of the 23 inch Quoizel Newbury lights. While the lights are very nice there are two issues. The first is that the arms of the lights are not all vertical. Some of them are bent inwards. If these lights were $100 dollars I would not be that upset but for the price its should be correct. The second issue is the big problem. I purchased the Quoizel 3.5-in Mystic Black Transitional Pier Mount for these lights. Every screw provided sheared off when trying to follow the directions. A 1/16 inch pilot hole was too small and even with a larger hole the fasteners sheared off. I had to get some sheet metal screws and spray paint the black. Unfortunately, two of the sheared off screws I could not get out, they are stuck in the lights now. Finally, one of the lights came with 1 wrong screw. Ultimately I decided to keep the lights because they do look nice (despite some crooked lights) and I was able to secure them. Pictures show a sheared fastener and the incorrect fastener.
Post Light
It looks nice, but it seems to be a bit pricey for the quality. This lamp allows moisture to get inside of it and it frosts on the inside when it’s cold out making it look like it is a frosted shade. When this happens, the light does not provide enough light in the area that I need it.

Quality Lighting
I have purchase from Build.com on several occasion. I recently purchase a brass Gaines 3 light 23' tall post lantern with clear glass and have been happy with the item. The item was well packaged and was fairly easy to install as I was replacing an existing post lantern. Quality appears good but bulb replacement is a little cumbersome as you need a step ladder to remove the top finial to replace the bulbs. Otherwise, I am happy with the product and it looks good.
Just What we neede
We were so happy to be able to replace a light that was 20 years old. Shipment and delivery was very prompt. (If only our electrician was so prompt.P

Not exactly as specified
This is a nice fixture, but I specifically wanted a copper fixture. Copper is the specified material, but it is actually brass with an aged copper looking finish. The specifications page really should be updated. I easily returned it to my local Lowe’s store.
