One of the worst swingsets I have ever purchased. The wood was split in several places. The instructions were unclear and the pre drilled holes were incorrect. Most boards split during installation. We reached out to customer service which was also poor.

The amount of cracked boards is ridiculous. Especially realizing 1/2 through assembly & 3weeks in that the swing beam has already splintered before swings are even hung is such a disappointment. We combed reviews and sites before purchasing this set from Home Depot because of the quality & delivery. Only for it not to hold up, & be delivered over a week late.

The color of the wood is the thing that stands out the most. I don’t like that I had to drill holes myself they should already be there. I’ve had it coming up on a month. It meets my expectations feel like it’s fairly priced. Wish you would include the wood stain with the product though instead of a separate purchase.

Loved the quality

Looks great ,made well, some of the instructions were not to clear but over all easy to put together . Took some time , so be prepared for a day or 2 . My 2 year old granddaughter loves her new play set she is so happy. We upgraded to a baby swing and a glider. We left the one swing . . I would have preferred a yellow slide. .At the end of the day all that matters is to see your grandchild’s face of joy. Grandma and grandpa we did good. Love this product. Made well. Very strong.

Solid, sturdy.

Predrilled holes, numbered pieces and easy to follow instructions made it so simple that just two grandparents can assemble it, thereby securing our GOAT status with the kids.

It took a long time for just one person to put together but the functionality is great. Appears to be great for all ages and leaves room for imagination. Our play set has already been a garden, submarine, pirate ship and an alien spaceship. It held up after all those missions!

Manufact Cust service terrible

I received the swingset in a timely manner upon opening the slide hashes where you slide down and potentially cut someone I wrote to the manufacturer and they have yet to get back to me. I spoke to Walmart customer service, who couldn’t really do anything other than refund me and I would have to send the swingset back, when all I need is a new slide so they reached out to the manufacturer and they have not gotten back to them or me. I would say stay away from this product just because of the manufacturer. God forbid there’s a missing screw or something minor you have to return the whole thing. Wait for you to get your money back and buy again , and hope that that one doesn’t have a problem

They were missing a peice and the box came all messed up. Most the stuff was fine but i had a missing peice and an extra peice for another unit. I modified and used that but it was a pain in the butt.

Great except a few things.

Overall, I would recommend, thou I think quality-wise, its a $1000 or less swingset. There are several pieces of wood that are a little "too" thin. I would have liked the beam that holds the actual swings to be longer to have more space between the swings. They seem too close to each other. It would also be nice for a cap to go over the chimney to prevent birds or bees from nesting. Same can be said for the dormers, so I used window screens. Also, this is a LOT of pieces, pack your patience.

Zero hardware sent with playset

Playset came with none of the hardware to assemble. You spend this amount of money you expect to get all your parts. Not acceptable, will not recommend.

Inferior Customer Service

I bought a playground in May. It was charged to my card, but it was never delivered. I sent an e-mail and have left voice messages and have not heard from the company as to what happened with my order. BEWARE when ordering from this company. There is no person who answers the phone; one can only leave a recording.

Nice Playset for the price.

We bought this last year for our young grandchildren. My husband and son assembled it, they are both experienced carpenters and had no difficulty with the assembly. The kids are still enjoying it!

Great playset for the money!

The playset is worth the money! The quality of the materials is great. The instructions are almost perfect, so watch the details carefully. It says 6-24 hours on assembly, but it was closer to about 20 hours. There are 60 different steps but watch the pictures provided, they help a lot. Our grandkids love it and we are very pleased with its quality.
