Cool design but unreliable

Love the light and it looked great, for a little while. One LED module is dim, flickers, sometimes totally dark. The firm we purchased it from, as well as the manufacturer are very slow to honor their warranty. It's been a month, and I don't have a response on when I'll get a new one. They have also not answered as to whether I'll have to foot the bill to get the electrician back to remove the defective one and install the new one.
