Falls apart within a couple of months

I bought one of these in early December. Bought another and two runners a couple of weeks later for a different room and hall. By Feb these all had pulls in them and when I contacted JCP I was told that I was past my window for returns. Exercise caution with these, since JCP does not back the products that it sells.

DO NOT PURCHASE

I bought 3 of these rugs (Garland Sparta Geometric) in black. Horrible. When washed the rubber backing began to come apart. I did NOT put them in the dryer. Then they started sticking to the wood floor and left rubber stuck. I just washed them for the last time because the backing totally peeling off, so much rubber left in my washer --- what a mess. Do NOT purchase these rugs as complete waste of $

I loved when I first saw the rug, but when I spread it out there was a gap in the rug thread that was missing. I returned it. I didn't want to take a chance in getting another one. I'll wait for now. Basically I am always pleased with what I have purchased, this was the only disappointment.

This rug is well made. Wish I had ordered a different color. I would recommend this rug fir any room in your home. It looks great and feels good.

I am in love with the pattern and the sage color (true to photos). I was shocked to find a rug of this size, which perfectly fits my long hallway AND has a nonskid backing, for such an amazing low price! My only wish is that it were more snag-resistant. My dog is already causing some wear with his claws.

Disappointed

Wish I would have seen the reviews before purchasing. This rug was a complete waste of money. The quality was very disappointing as mentioned. The back was coming off worst part it looks and feels like sand so I have to constantly sweep under. PLEASE don't waste your money.

Black rug is good, not perfectly squared edges but decent enough. Had to send back first one purchased because of 3 holes in the rug. Looked like cuts from handling equipment. THD in store return was very easy.

Garland sparta 5x7 area rug

I purchased this Garland Sparta 5 x 7 area rug in sage to replace an old rug in my living room. Perfect color to match my furniture. Great size, interesting texture. seems durable. great price. tried to upload some photos keeps erroring out

The box it came in was torn in multiple places and there wasn’t any protective plastic over the rug. Once laying out the rug there were multiple strings pulled out of the rug. So I returned it.

Arrived as promised. Looks as advertised. Laid FLAT! Looks great in my home.

Great Area Rug!

Everything about this rug is perfect! I purchased the 3' x 5' rug, and it looks great in my entry! It does not slide around, and it's the perfect height so that all 3 doors open smoothly (front door, closet door, and door to the garage)! I love the color, the texture, the design, and the feel of the rug. I highly recommend it and the price is great!

Decent price but not worth it.

Soooo disappointed. Arrived folded and creased in a damaged cardboard box with no plastic over it. There are bare spots where it is creased, and will not lay flat despite working with it for days. It does not look like the picture. I'm not returning it because it's not worth the hassle for such a large item, considering the price. I'm already shopping for a replacement and will use this in the barn or garage.

I honestly do not like this runner at all. I was disappointed when it arrived and I still am after having it down and walking on it for a while. It's flimsy and the color is a muddy bluish. I just don't like it. I'm looking for a new one now.

Pleasant surprise for an affordable item

As expected with bonus that it is a nice rich color (not expected in such an affordable item). The folded delivery is a little problematic, but initial vacuum work horizontal and vertical has it already relaxing. The pile is softer than expected and approved by my picky ridgebacks immediately -not always the case!

Don’t waste your money

Cut uneven, packed in a box and not rolled so there are creases. Look at the pictures. It is not even a rectangle. Tried to stretch using wood floor tape but there was no need because it is cut wrong. So disappointing!

Great quality

Very pleased with the quality of the area rug. I use it in my main entrance door. High traffic area. I also use and electric wheelchair which puts alot of stress on area rugs. This rug is holding up to the extra heavy usage. I did need to use rug tape to hold it in place. But I feel it's because of the weight of my chair while moving around on it. otherwise I don't think i would have needed to tape it. i would recommend it to friends with confidence that they would be pleased too.

You get what you pay for

Came with multiple patchy holes (see photo example) and smelling like rotten eggs. Not awful for $17 and works for what I need. If you’re looking for quality go with something else. I haven’t even vacuumed it yet and I’m nervous to.

Regarding cinder gray 3‘ x 5‘ rug

Excellent rug fit perfectly with my decor! Point is of ability to receive product very low priced product. I’m very happy with the product and with the seller.

Junk

It came with a big seam that is very obvious width wise, and it is obvious that fibers are missing in this "stitched" area. I let it sit out and it is what it is. Just wasn't made correctly. No quality control or else this would have been caught. Who keeps all of the packing material including a 5' tube and the plastic after receiving? And trash day is long gone.
