Great product, poor customer service

Love the size and style of the rug. The quality is good and looks the same in person as advertised. Customer service at this company, however, is sub-par. While the rug itself is great, I would not purchase another rug from here due to the poor customer service and difficulty with returns.

This rug was fine. There was nothing wrong with it, and it looked pretty good. It just wasn't the highest quality material. The ends didn't lay flat for quite a while and it was a tad rough. But it was okay for what I needed it for.

Schlechte Qualität, teppich wählt sich sofort, Wellen gehen nicht raus. Retoure sehr umständlich, habe bis heute das Geld nicht zurück. Kann diesen Anbieter insgesamt nicht empfehlen.

Pretty rug

Looks great. I wish I had known the orientation of the ombré circle was the long way, as I would have ordered a bigger rug or a square one, as I feel part of the design is obscured by my couch.

This rug gives my house an elegant touch, great quality and it fits perfectly. It can be combined with any type of decorations. The texture is very soft and it looks the same as in the picture. One of the my best purchases ever!!!!

Beautiful rug, just as pictured. Exactly what I was looking for. Definitely on the thinner side. Took about a week to flatten out.

Love this rug. Thicker than what I anticipated. Cleans easily and the geometrical design is stunning. I originally had it under a coffee table, yet move to my office to show the pattern.

Area rug

This rug was perfect to place over our carpet since it’s not too thick. I love the color and the design. It was also more on the affordable side! They should def add more colors and a similar design.

Thin cheap rug

Extremely thin cheaply made rug. It was inexpensive so I half expected it to be this way, was just hoping the weave would have been better. Keeping it because the majority of it is under my kind size bed and I like the mid-century pattern. Shipping was fine came on time no issues. And I would never return anything with Overstock or Bed Bath & Beyond due to cost anyways.

Cute rug

Perfect coloring, laid flat after a few days. This but easy to vacuum and hides dirt well.

Smaller than advertised

I ordered a 9 x 12 rug. It was labeled as 9 x 12'3", yet it measured only 9 x 10'8". I'll be returning it.
