Puts out a lot of heat. Make sure you have the correct plug setup, though.

Pretty solid little heater

This looked like it would have been a good heater, but unfortunately the plug is similar to what is on a clothes dryer - a 220v plug - which is incompatible inside my house. Even though the description says the heater is for a garage, I was hoping to be able to use it inside my home since my gas furnace puts off a gas odor when I turn it on. If you want it for your garage, you'll probably like it!

Great heater for a 2 Stall residential garage.

I live in Northern Indiana. I have a 2 Stall (25x25) insulated residential car garage. I wanted an electric heater instead of propane or kerosene because of the fumes and natural gas because I didn't want to vent it and run both electric and gas to operate it.

Heavy duty as described, fair price, does a good job

Does what it is supposed to do.

Does what it is suppose to do. Heats well. Good blower. Would have given 5 stars but was noisier than I expected. Not that bad but I wouldn't want to try and sleep or watch TV next to it.

just make sure you have a 240v outlet to plug it into.

The outside temperature is 10 degrees F, and we set the heater to regulate a shop area at 40 degrees F. So far, the heater is maintaining the temperature at 40 degrees.

So far, so good. The old unit ran for 3 years in a greenhouse. The thermostat gave out. I was disappointed that I couldn't just get a replacement thermostat, I was offered a percentage off a new unit. This one is slightly difficult to set to a steady temperature, but heats the greenhouse well. Hopefully it'll last 4 or 5 years.

I am using this heater in my 400-square-foot garage (two-car) and so far it is working great. My garage is insulated on all walls and door, so that help keep the heat in.

So glad I ordered this garage heater. Our oversized 2 car garage is 750 sq ft. With 9’ ceiling (Insulated). It heats up really nice , we have the setting on auto where it shuts on and off . Although we have a 240V plug we still had our electrician switch out the receptacle plate (to match the one on the heater). Please make sure you’re reading the description and specs of this item first as I’ve seen other reviews mentioning they were unaware of the 240V.

Bought this heater to knock the chill off of my insulated shop. Simple set up. Just plug it in, turn it on, and walk away. I have a 1000 sqaure foot shop and the heater makes it comfortable to work in there.

I'm using this heater in my single car garage workshop to take the chill out (from 30-40 degree range) and maintain a comfortable working temperature. This is a small and easy to handle unit but it gets me to a desirable temp within 10 minutes or so. As there is not a dedicated on /off switch, I unplug the unit when not in use. Require a 30 amp circuit with a 6-30 plug. The unit is well priced and arrived in perfect condition within a few days of ordering. This heater meets my expectations

Great Little Heater

I bought this heater because it was small, but powerful to heat-up my garage when working there. There’s also a fan-only setting, which I hope will bring so relief in the summertime.

I had one of these before only lasted 2 yrs. It works very good for my 12' x24' office. Now I put to 2yr protection plan & see how that works.

Good heater if you can use it.

This is a nice compact 220V heater that blows a lot of warm air. The problem is with the plug on the cord. I have no outlets for that 6-30 plug. my shops have 6-20 and 10-50 outlets. You have to have the proper outlet.

Burnt up fan

Fan only lasted 3 months and quit. This heater was never turned up passed half way. I had the same heater made by Dr. Infrared Heater in the same garage last 6 years. Benn just over 90 days and manufacture is useless. Very disappointed in unit and service. Just hope and pray Lowes will help me.
