149 degrees & wont stop running
Bought this 14 days ago to prevent freezing in a small outdoor room on my property. Maintained the temp between 65-70 during that time with fluctuating outside temps (MN) but woke up this morning to the thermometer in that space reading 149 degrees! It won't shut off! Going to see if I can exchange it and hope it was a fluke - otherwise I'll have to purchase a different brand elsewhere.

Build quality is bad.
The housing is badly drilled and 3/8" wider on one side. Handle is crooked. Paint sloppy. Did not look inside. Works. Much smaller than traditional milk barn heater.

it came in use with a power outage the last two weeks. it heated the main floor very well.

Blew every outlet in my house I plugged it into. Have never been able to use it and the Ace Hardware I bought it from won't let me return it.

Buy two and set both at 750 watts to heat a large room. As this prevents the electric cord from over heating, your electric bill will be much lower.
