Great product for a portable swamp cooler for any space less then 400 sq. ft. Easily to refill. Fair price for this product.

The only thing I would change is the size of the water reservoir. It only lasts about 4 hours. So, I cannot leave it running and fall asleep.

Did not cool off our garage at all

Exactly as advertised

I finally used this, on a day when Northern California temperatures were up over 100 degrees. Because it's evaporative, I'm hesitant to use it in a confined space. But openeing our deck doors and using the Hessaire, in tandem, dropped the temperature in the house seven degrees in as many minutes. I really love this and will be using it often. My only issue with the design is that the plastic flap that opens to let you pour water in is on the flimsy side. But all in all, excellent and does what it's supposed to do.

LOVE this cooler. Middle of July and I'm happy. So are my plants.

The "open box" was a great deal. I looked on Amazon first and this was much less expensive. There were a few issues: missing owner's manual, parts out of the original sealed plastic and some cosmetic scuffs. But the interior of the cooler was new, smelled new and the machine hadn't been used. I used YouTube tutorials from Hessaire to familiarize myself with it. You have to wet the cardboard media before it starts to cool- either manually or using the waterfall mode. If you don't, it won't feel like the machine is cooling. I own two 2.5-gallon jugs so it's easier for me to fill the reservoir. It also has a hose attachment. If you run it on high, expect to fill the machine every 10-12 hours. It definitely cools my very hot room by at least 20 degrees. If you sit right in front of it, it feels like AC air. It is a humidity-producing machine, so you need to have a cracked window. But my plants love the high humidity. And despite the cracked window in 100-degree heat, the cooler does its job. I've owned several evap. coolers and I do like this one. The customer service with the seller was very good. They have a phone # you can call with issues. Fast Fed Ex shipping.

First of all my product came early which I liked! The price was great compared to other products and stores. Great communication on shipping and arrival time really was a big help to me since I'm in and out during the day!

GREAT EVAPORATIVE COOLER!

These EVAPORATIVE coolers work great where the humidity is under 20%. Over 20% they can't cool the air. I see negative reviews from people in places with high humidity. Wake up!

Meh -- just meh

Fairly effective humidifier, but limited cooling effect in any room over 100sqft. We live at 7500' elevation with relative humidities below 20%: should be ideal place for evaporative coolers. With the fan on high and pointed directly at you, there is some feeling of coolness. But the overall room temperature doesn't budge, and eventually the rise in humidity makes it feel more uncomfortable rather than less. Best as an outdoor appliance in dry locations, where you can aim it directly at guests as a sort of fan-with-benefits. Arrived quickly with all the parts. Price made it worth the experiment. Now we own a noisy large-room humidifier.

Will be a great little cooler.

I 'am waiting for some epoxy so i can reinforce a new water pump fitting so i don't break it too! the part that conects the water pump to the hose needs to be maid of metal not plastic.

Excellent evaporative cooler, but came missing a caster wheel.

Very satisfied with it as a whole and it works excellent. However, it only came with 3 wheels so now I have to go buy one somewhere.
