It works, but the rows are fairly tight. The ribs were kind of difficult to get out of there.
Not non-stick
I purchased two racks to smoke 4 racks of st Luis style pork ribs for Easter 2023. The racks performed the way they should as far as holding the rack of ribs, but for a full rack of 13 ribs two of these racks are required side by side. They are advertised as non-stick, but that is not the case. Furthermore, using Dawn dish soap and a non abrasive pad the so called non-stick coating was removed in areas that had cooked on rib juices. Next time I will purchase stainless steel!

We have the smaller Traeger Ranger and concerned about enough space for racks of ribs. This took all the worry away and the ribs were fall off the bone tender and juicy. And cleanup was a breeze!
