I bought this last month, and it 1 works great as described, a little smokey though, nothing opening the kitchen door doesn't fix, I also bought the newest Ninja countertop Crispi, I haven't used it yet, so I can't leave a review

Indoor Grill with Outdoor Grill Taste....

I live in an apt and so miss the taste of grilled food. This appliance didn't disappoint. I've done chicken; steak; hamburger patties and hot dogs. Have don't anything on the griddle yet but plan to soon. It an easy clean as long as you spray with avocado oil(cuts down on smoke if any gonna happen) and wash as soon as cooled. I actually bought one early in the summer and bought this one for a gift for someone and have recommended to 2 other friends who have purchased and also pleased.

A electric grill, really?

I was given a Ninja indoor grill for my birthday, how lame, an indoor grill??? Until I used it, it's awesome, cooked my steak perfectly, this is a must have, and I only cook my steaks on a grill, no gas either, and I highly recommend this product.

Close, but no cigar!

Bought this item July 27th, at my local Sam's Club, on sale for about $80. Came with both the grill and griddle plates, a set of skewers for kabobs, a cleaning brush, and a heavy duty nylon-like spatula. The included guide booklet, manual, and stickers offer exceptional insight into cooking times and temperatures for most anything. I've found that I have to lower cooking temp by about 25 degrees vs the recommendation, to cut down the smoking, when cooking bacon, burgers, or any extra greasy items. My favorite WAS the griddle plate. However, after using the utmost care and following all manual directions every use, only using the included cooking utensil, the nonstick coating is already wearing, eggs and pancakes are now sticking where they used to slide right off. Manuals recommended no cooking sprays and using oils with high smoke points, so I'm lost on what I can do except buy another griddle plate. I will say, the grill plate does mark and sear meat beautifully, and has been doing well so far, but to have only used my griddle plate less than 10 times, and already losing non-stick ability, it isn't worth the price imo. Could have bought a basic griddle and a countertop (george foreman type) grill, and still spent less than I paid for this... Nice idea, but execution and quality control needs more work.

fab big grilling area that you can have on worktop

Love this, i have an induction hob and cant get even cooking in normal pan. this cooks well ive had chicken Halloumi, and veg on at same time... Just fab. has a deep drip tray, keep an eye as depending on what your cooking may get full quick. great for winter BBQs in doors! cleans well, so far so good!!

You know those people who say once you have one kid, it’s no big deal to have another? Those are the people who give this a good review. The time, effort, exhaustion and disappointment this device adds to your life attempting to clean it- will make you feel like a bigger failure than you do when your 3rd child runs naked down the road as a toddler because you simply went to use the bathroom. Trust me, you do not have time for this in your life.

Cooks okay, but really isn’t smokeless like advertised. It’s not so egregious that I’d call it a bad product, it just doesn’t have a use for me with this functionality. Good for a dorm or small apartment maybe but if you have a standard grill pan, this isn’t necessary at all. I’ll be returning.

Great grill

Purchased this recently and I will tell you this, it is a great alternative to outdoor grilling when inclement weather hits. It's 95% smokeless which amazed me. So grab yourself one you won't regret.
