The glass doors were the finishing touch to the only bathroom I’ve had that I actually liked! The glass is heavy ! and the doors glides beautifully. It has a clean, simple look, whereas other brands had clunky looking hanging mechanisms. Very, very pleased.

Stand-out feature of bathroom remodel.

Beautiful, minimalist shower stall. We built two windows in the exterior walls and it’s almost like being outdoors. We’ve received many compliments.

I ordered this shower door after ordering and installing a 48x32 shower pan, unfortunately the fixed panel of the shower enclosure overhangs the shower pan and so we had to return to get a smaller size. And here the nightmare begins. Because of the size of the packaging, Wayfair’s return system is not processing my return and after three separate stints on the phone with customer service over two weeks, no one can figure out how to process the return. They keep saying it’s a tech issue while refusing to refund my money while the return is in process. So now I have no shower door, no money, and an endless waiting game just hoping one day I will get my money back. I’m trying to be patient, but it’s incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend making large purchases from Wayfair given this issue - it’s just too risky.

Product seems high quality but the problem is ordered enclosure for 60x32 in base and fixed end wall is too long once you fasten base to studs and board and tile base. End wall is 1 1/2 inch too long. Dimensions for unit to base don't match

Pleasantly Surprised!

Pleasantly surprised with the out come! Shipping was faster than expected and came undamaged. Finding this size was difficult and for the price I went for it. It's more than elevated the look of my master bath. Will update with photos when I have the chance. Def order if your on a budget but wanting to have that luxe bathroom feel.

we have noticed a big safety issue with these glasses that could potentially lead to the glasses falling on the people who use the shower.

Your Worst Nightmare

First of all we were very happy with this product initially. Until 3 months from when the shower frame was installed it fell and shattered into pieces. We were not home fortunately when it happened as we have an 18 month old that would have been serious injured had this happened when it was in use. I am beyond angry and don’t know what to do from here.

A headache

It looks good and solid. Heavy! Our two experienced installers could not bring it up the stairs; the panels were too heavy. Had to hire movers.

Good quality product and company.

This enclosure was a great DIY project for my basement bath. The products came as expected. I did not read through the full directions prior to purchasing and ont of the panels turned out not wide enough. Glass warehouse provided alternative options for fixes but ultimately we decided to exchange my panel for a wider one. Thankfully they paid for the return and shipping and the new panel worked great. Good quality of all parts, and instructions were good. No complaints. Thanks!

Great quality shower surround

The Glass Warehouse Nova shower surrounded installed as advertised and looks wonderful in our remodeled bathroom. I had no issues with any of the hardware installation. I did make a mistake and didn't realize the amount of room I needed on the inside of the shower curb on the door side. I contacted Glass Warehouse and they quicky sent out a 34" return panel to exchange for 32" one I ordered free of charge. Great customer service!
