Purchasing for Warranty Items

Need to add the statement in quotes to the website for these products from Nexgrill prior to purchasing and not find out after you get the product manual. "Upon proof of purchase, Manufacturer will repair or replace the parts which are proven defective during the applicable warranty period. Parts required to complete such repair or replacement shall be free of charge to you except for shipping costs, as long as the purchaser is within the warranty period from the original date of purchase."

The WIFI feature does not work! I have spoken to Nexgrill tech support multiple times! and they will not replace or provide me a resolution. Yes, i can still smoke and grill but the reason i purchased this 580 smoker is for the Wif feature. If you are looking to buy this grill for the wifi feature, look somewhere else!

Good quality. Used for the first time. Instructions were very good. Grill is very easy to use. Control panel very straightforward to understand.

Easy to assemble. Short learning curve on startup and shut down procedures. Excellent tasting food. My unit does have about 10-15 degree variation when the temperature is set. For $279 I feel it is a great value.

E1 Error

I stated getting E1 errors after a few uses. Contacted support. They advised it needed a new controller. After a month i called back because I had not received the new controller. They advised they were on backorder. They said I could try and replace the temp probe. After a couple of weeks I received the part. It is NOT user replaceable. I contacted them twice since and asked for a replacement or at least a return call. I have received NEITHER. This has been going on for months! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Love this grill! Perfect size for a small family and easy to operate. Does an excellent job cooking food.

Damaged when delivered

Delivered by FedEx , we unpacked it and the hopper was dented, making the auger not work. So we are going to have to return it, see how that goes!!

This Smoker/grill is the perfect size, we used it the other day and what Big difference in taste, yum!

Box came very damaged and Grill was bent in several spots. It was not returned because it still functioned correctly.

I ordered this product 2x's as a gift both times it was damaged and did not work. It's a poor package design. It's a great grill of they could get it to you working and undamaged.

Paint chipoed off. Wifii kept timing out. Didn’t hold temperature. Set it to 250 and it went up to 550 and burnt brisket in an hour. Returned to store and customer service was rude.

The grill got to the store so severly damaged I had to refuse delivery and promptly received a refund.

This grill exceeded my expectations. I wanted a pellet grill but thought too expensive. This grill has it all and I have used it and proved it. The WiFi/Bluetooth works great. It lights itself and turns off by pushing a button. The warranty length is great.
