Beautiful tap, Easy install. Client and I love it

Love it! We bought this in August, and I wanted to wait until it was installed. Absolutely beautiful. Not cheaply constructed. My husband is a contractor but said it was easy to install. It was missing a piece, but I contacted customer service, and they sent one right away. Great service. Very high end piece.

Quality isn’t the best and ours came with missing parts. Still waiting for someone to get back to me. Pushed our entire bathroom renovation back and Wayfair wasn’t much helpful nor did they try to make up for the mistake.

Can't review the product itself because the first was delivered damaged. We returned it and ordered a new one. The second box that came was the incorrect item (bathtub faucet). We called homedepot online and they could only offer a return and reorder but that would have been after we needed it for our bathroom. They did try calling the original manufacturer. They passed along an email address for me to contact, but it bounced back. We returned the wrong item and did not repurchase.

Surprising Quality

I have always subscribed to the "You get what you pay for philosophy" so I was not expecting great quality from this product. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when the shipment arrived. I think the quality rivals units 3 times the price. For $300 it is a steal.

Very nice shower faucet

Very nice quality and finish, descent weight, and great value. Other brands are much higher in price. The rain shower head is very large and I was pleasantly surprised. The hand shower seems to be well made with a metal hose. We previously had a high end moen hand shower that they replaced under warranty every 3-4 years (don't be afraid of this unknown brand since brand quality is really a myth).

Perfect for our bathroom remodel

Honestly I was a little worried about ordering these this fixture. Once I received it I have to say that it appears to be a very nice fixture. Valve is made of solid brass. The black finish is very nice. Overall very satisfied.
