The wrong door handle set was sent to me twice. In contacting Wayfair they offered me a discount to keep the wrong set but no financial assistance in providing the correct handle set. Very disappointing

Dont waste your money

This lock was a total was a waste of money. It was easy to fit and following the programming guidelines it took my wife and I over 30 minutes to get the first number programmed.

A good lock at a reasonable price. The only problem was that the installation was a bit finicky and required getting into the pad to install it. Also, 2 remotes would be more practical than just one.

Nothing but garbage

This entry set has been nothing but a waste of time and energy. In the first week the keyless entry stopped working. Customer service could not be reached through their website or by phone. I replaced it with a new one and left the handset/latch in place. Now, it failed too. The thumb bolt will not fully retract to open the door locking people out of the house even though the door isn't locked.

I bought this lock and it came defective. I then returned the item for a refund and bought another one, and again it came defective with the same problem, the digital keyless entry deadbolt does not work! I can't return it to Home Depot anymore because I've lost the receipt. Now what's left to be done is file a warranty claim with MiLocks and hope they will honor the warranty. Don't buy this item, an expert on doorlocks told me that about half of these locks come defective from the factory.

Easy installation but........

Key pad doesn't work very well, 1 2 3 buttons do not work at all. 4 5 6 have to press hard. The rest are perfect.

Even when it was new the lock mechanism would often not work right. Sometimes it would lock but often it would not lock by the keyless lock button. Or it takes 4 times to enter the code to open. We had trouble with it working properly from the start. But after 1 year, just after the warranty expired, it started beeping all the time. Changed the batteries and it still beeps all the time. Piece of garbage.

Love this item. Beautiful addition to my home.

Stopped working in 2 days. Had to reset it. Working for now. I have a feeling this product won't last long.

Terrible finish on the product.

Cheap had to get new parts for the whole lock. The latch broke day one, keypad never worked. Waiting on warranty claims. Keypad does not work either. Manufacturing pawned off to Wayfair.

Nice Handelset

Way better than I expected for the price. Works well, looks good and even comes with a small remote to use in lead of punching in code or key.

It's fancy!

The lock looks great and strong. I'm glad I ignored the reviews. It looks more expensive than we paid for and it's very quite when opening/closing. I have no idea why a review sais it was plastic. I added a photo from inside since I couldn't find anywhere before I bought it.
