Loose parts within 90 days
This has loose parts only 90 days after installation. Even if warranty covers them, we will still have to pay hundreds of dollars again to get it reinstalled. Total garbage waste of money
It was reasonably priced but it isn't great
Pros: Installs easily and generally looks good. The sprayer water pressure is great
Have had two break on me
I purchased one faucet and a seal broke about a year after install. Due to the way it was made you can't replace parts on this, so I purchased another. Less than two years in the second has sprung a leak on one of the supply lines and again they can't be replaced. Design is beautiful and flow was good but just cheaply made. Save yourself money in the long run and buy something a bit more expensive.

Interior hose lining is cheap and will wear off
I got a replacement hose for the first hose that wore off. Well in less than a year (again), it's already frayed and worn off. I'm not sure if it's metal or just a plastic silver mesh. Probably the latter. Whatever the material is, it's cheap and not durable whatsoever. I strongly discourage spending money on this product because you will be in an endless cycle of replacing the hose.

I just received this faucet, it looks great and I am very happy with the price. . Thinking about ordering one more for my laundry room, but haven't installed . it yet, so waiting to see how easy the installation goes as well as it's function. . I ordered this faucet because of all the positive reviews.

Nice matte black faucet, never looks dirty easy to clean. Has held up nicely for the past year. Only down side is the water pressure is quite strong so there is a lot of splash back
