The smarttouch feature is 'touchy'. Very unpredictable. Run's out of battery quickly. Sometimes you touch it and the water goes on for two seconds and stops...so you have to keep touching it to keep the water running. Not sure if ours is malfunctioning or if this is part of design... probably will replace with a non touch model... very disappointing after spending 1K on a faucet

A whole new life

It is hard to describe how this one simple addition to our kitchen has made such a profound difference. Ease of operation is only the beginning. Its convenience is - for me - unprecedented. A simple tap - water on. Another tap - water off. When my hands are covered with food accouterments, a tap with my wrist saves the day. The ability to adjust the height of the faucet is an incredible convenience. Rugged, built to last, aesthetically pleasing: it checks every box.

Beautiful piece of hardware. Sturdy. Works perfectly. So happy I spent the extra money and didn't settle for the lesser expensive brand. Worth the price!

Unique faucet with great features. This faucet checks a lot of boxes. Sink under a window with shutters so can’t be too high. Needs to have mobility. This faucet does and looks great

Beautiful faucet, faulty sensor

Beautiful faucet. Had it installed six weeks ago. In the past week the sensor has been malfunctioning. The faucet turns on by itself when no one is in the room or even near the faucet. I now see in reviews that others have had this problem. I have reached out to Brizzo but have not heard back yet. Otherwise the faucet works great. Just don't buy the sensor model.
