I love this faucet! It’s great to just touch it when your hands are gunky in the kitchen.

Bought In April Handle Already Fell Off Not Impressed

Nice design, reach should be a little longer and the spray pressure could be increased. Excellent Design. However, the grand displeasure is with the quality of the unit as the handle has fallen off after only being in Service for a few months. While it was purchased in April it wasn’t installed until July. Unit has only been in service for 4 months. I expected better based on the price point. Also the sensor is battery powered. Would be nice if it came with an optional power supply. No one wants to be under the sink changing batteries. Real pain.

beautiful faucet

looks so pretty in my new kitchen but just after 1 month started leaking, I have to shut it off, and cannot use the sensor because it's just wasting water, I thought will be good for a longer time, but it's not.

[Rewarded Review] Love Hate Relationship

So here's the deal... I loved the unique look of this faucet and my wife and I were super excited to install it in our new home, the problem is, it didn't live up to our expectations of a $900 faucet. When you're spending that kind of money you expect a better performing fixture, but this flat out performs average and uninspiring. Here's a quick rundown of pros and cons.

Nicest Faucet we’ve installed

We do like the on/off touch feature of this faucet. We have had one before but this unit is better due to its specific design. The faucet head (which is metal) and the head cradle (also metal) is isolated from the rest of the unit by a plastic sleeve. Thus, when you want to adjust the faucet position by grabbing the head it does not turn on automatically, you must touch it behind the sleeve. Makes it easier to control when you want it to run. Dislike the water pressure. My water well pump runs from 52-32# psi. I cannot raise those pressure settings. The unit is somewhat restrictive in its design (check valves and flow restrictor) and thus the flow rate and pressure is a bit too low to rinse out the sink as well as we would like. Additionally the length of the hose is somewhat short when trying to rinse the far sides of our farm sink (~32"). Suggest lowering the handle 1-2" and increasing the hose length accordingly.

amazing faucet!

this faucet is very unique and looks great in our renovated kitchen. it is very easy to use and love the color coded water feature to tell the temperature of the water. the on / off touch feature is awesome as well.

My favorite faucet

Can you fall in love with a faucet? So far yes! Beautiful, easy to use, convenient features. The installation went fine- plumber didn’t complain! The only drawback is that the water does come in with less pressure. Did I mention Its beautiful? 6 months in only, but happy with purchase.
