The faucet I always wanted

This faucet is a major improvement over my former (new-ish) Grohe model, which splashed all over the counter. It works well and allows me to spray farther from the spot which gets waterlogged and moldy. The flexible hand sprayer is very good also, and allows for gleaning pots better. Build.com helped me order this not very available item after long fruitless searching elsewhere, and they matched to lowest price I have seen for it. Thank you, Nick.

Faucet purchase

The product is beautiful but more than that, when there was a delivery mistake, Build Ferguson/build.com was super fast and super professional about solving the problem - no expense to me! Would definitely order from them again.

The articulating feature is great!

I have only had the faucet installed a few days so far. But I do like it a lot. It does the things that I wanted it to do, particularly the way I can position the spout. I was a bit surprised by the hose being just a black rubber hose. For the price point of these faucets I thought it would be a higher quality material. I do like the way it works. The pressure is good and the spray/stream function is very nice. It is very easy to aim to wherever you want, and to use the hose freely. Over all a very nice faucet that works differently from most other faucets with the way you can aim it anywhere. Because I bought an open box one I got a very good deal on it.

Amazing faucet, well designed

Bought faucet several years ago for kitchen renovation. Design is flawless. I am a fan of function. Faucet stays in any position, hose let’s me rinse the whole farmhouse sink. It is a workhorse, and very pretty too, easy to clean. Bought the corresponding soap dispenser- easy to fill, easy to use. Faucet handle can be turned on easily, with back of my hand, without getting raw meat or sticky dough on the handle. Same with soap dispenser. We looked at hundreds of faucets before deciding. Amazing design, easy to keep clean, works like a champ

Functional Art

This faucet is gorgeous and functional. The articulating arm works well. The hose extends far enough that the water can reach my entire sink (sink is 30" x 16" and 9" deep). I am very pleased with this purchase.

Best ever and arthritis friendly

Awesome faucet. Very versatile, unlimited positions! I got this for my mother who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and also in a wheelchair and she loves it. I highly recommend this faucet for anyone especially limited hand strength and height issues.

Great, with one small reservation

This faucet is awesome, very nice to look at (something a little different) and is really well made and performance is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the spray piece is plastic instead of metal, which I think is weird given the quality of the rest of the faucet (and given how pricey it is).

I knew as soon as I saw this faucet I wanted it. Not disappointed.

Amazing convenience, functionality, styling, and quality.

Yes, it was expensive, and I purchased the manual version in polished nickel which is one of the least expensive in the line. And it is made or distributed by Delta. But This faucet is amazing and now that I've used it while, I can say I'm glad I purchased it and I think it was worth it. First let me discuss the range of motion. The articulating arm can swivel from left to right. Next the arm's two double joints can go up and down for exact positioning and angling. And the bracket that holds the spray head can swivel so the spray can go from side to side. When you remove the spray head, it is held in with a magnetic clamp that facilitates removal and replacement. Lastly, if you hold the spray head and move it from side to side, the hose swivels on the head when you move it, making it easy to move from one side of the sink to the other. In addition, the button on the spray head switches the flow from stream to spray. The control handle moves easily and has a quality feel in the hand. The faucet is extremely heavy and it appears to be a quality casting with a beautiful heavily applied finish. The two joints are a bit stiff which takes a bit of getting used to, but it stays in place (the manual states that the "set screws" at the joints are for appearance only and should not be adjusted).
