Shower head water stream

Is this a low flow shower head? Having a problem with the shower head water flow (and it’s not from our water lines) is there a valve or something in the shower head that you remove to increase the flow?

Perfect for our shower upgrades. It's not always easy to find the brushed nickel finish in a seperated Hot/Cold faucet. This is much better for the pipes because of variable pressures in an older house's plumbing. We purchased a set for each bathroom - thrilled to have found the perfect solution.

Faucet is small but nice. Shower head is too small but I will just replace that piece

With the help of my brother‘s guidance, I ordered the faucet set for our 60s pink tub. It came quickly and packaged in a very small box. Everything was there that was needed, and it is now installed beautifully.!

Nice quality. Required some retro fitting to replace the old. Still good product for the money.

Overall it’s a nice set. I love the brush nickel finish. The shower head does not dispense the water in an uniform way which makes it difficult to shower.

Looks great in my shower remodel. I replaced the shower head with a fancier one so I can’t say how the one with this set works. The other parts work fine so far.

Bad Customer Service

Purchased this item. First it was not as advertised. Installed the shower head to check it out and the water literally drips out. Called and asked for a refund. They said because I had installed the shower head that I could no longer return. It's like buying clothes on-line, trying them on to see if they fit and when they don't they tell you cannot return because you tried them on. Will not purchase from these folks again.

Low water pressure coming from showerhead. I'm not sure if it can be altered.

Great faucet set

I have no problems with this it is durable and looks just like older handles. Easy to install comes with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this.

Quality shower set

The quality on this is top notch. It’s NOT the current trend for plastic but the old fashion quality metal that will last! I have a nicer shower head but love these handles and spout.

I really love this look and the brushed nickel finish. The reason it got only 4 stars is because the shower faucet essentially sucks. Very little output with low water pressure. Luckily, I had already bought another shower faucet and had my plumber install that one instead after he showed me how sucky the faucet that came with it was. So I am donating it to the Restore. It only comes with what you see so if you have a tub shower combo you might need to get extra parts like I had to.

Good Product!

I installed it in place of an old 60s unit. I could have bought a MOEN for the same price,This faucet seems to be a better product and looks and works great! I am going to purchase the matching unit for the bathroom sink. Time will tell.

I was looking for quite awhile for a 3 handled shower faucet and came across this one. It looks great and Im very happy with my purchase.

Takes 4 MINUTES to run 2.5 GALLONS OF WATER. My old tub and shower faucet took maybe a few seconds to run that much water. I get the water saving thing. BUT THE FAUCET SHOULD AT LEAST PUT OUT THE WATER PRESSURE IT SAYS IT IS SUPPOSED TO. I know my house psi is not the problem because if it weren't for the other valves leaking horribly, I NEVER WOULD HAVE CHANGED MY FAUCET SET UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. MY VERY FIRST AND LAST TIME I BUY FROM WAYFAIR. Just for the record, I have laid tile for years and a certain amount of plumbing knowledge is essential for that job, so I do know what I am doing, and I did a professional job of plumbing the faucet.

So far very nice set was not impressed with the shower head. The only issue I have is that their were no directions sent and the contractor installed them wrong.

It’s poorly made, has a plastic shower head and the handles don’t match. I paid more for an unopened box and clearly it had been opened. Now, I have to PAY even more to return it.

The product itself is very nice, good quality. I gave a one star review because the installer Wayfair/Handy sent out did not have the proper tools nor the knowledge to install the bathtub faucet set. Plus, Handy canceled our initial appointment 30 minutes before the appointed time, rescheduling for two days later without consulting us.
