Great towel warmer for a wet location

The only place a towel warmer would fit in our new bathroom was in the wet room area. This was the only hardwired towel warmer I could find that has an adapter kit so it can be safely installed in a wet area. I was hesitant to order it because some reviews suggested that it only did a fair job of warming towels and it puts out half the BTUs of one of its competitors. However, I couldn't be happier with it. The white finish is very attractive. It warms and dries our towels nicely. (As recommended, we just leave it on all the time.) And the adapter kit worked perfectly.

Bought Several!

Love these towel heaters. We have severa! There is nothing like getting out of the shower and grabbing a warm towel. The heat is basically in one area, but that is okay because we put two on there. One on the top and one on the bottom.

Luxurious warm towels

The unit was installed easily by our contractor. We put the control above the unit to be farther away from any children. With the hardwired countdown timer, I just push the 2 hour time first thing in the morning, go have coffee and breakfast, before a shower and a nice warm towel! In 20-30 minutes the towels are nice and warm, which is great at a mountain cabin!

Best addition to my bathroom reno

I am so happy with my towel warmer, that I actually purchased a second one for my other bathroom.

Great towel warmer

This is the second Amba towel warmer that I’ve purchased. Very pleased with both of them. They heat up quickly and warm the peels thoroughly. Very high quality product.

Looks nice, doesn't warm 2 towels

We got this for our bathroom remodel (accidentally, we meant to buy the cheaper version). While it looks very nice, it decently warms one towel but not two. I have tried to stack and arrange the towels in all sorts of creative ways, doesn't matter, towels don't get very warm at all. This is with it being on 24/7 as they recommend.

I bought the Amba Jeeves to replace a Mr. Steam unit that cost substantially. The install was easy. The replacement unit looks great and works better than the more expensive model. Towel warmer

This takes over 30 minutes to warm up and the heat is so low that it takes at least 90 minutes to warm a towel. Not worth the price.

I bought this for a client. It looks sooo good! The only thing I’d highlight is to leave a wall switch to turn on or off, because it is not controlled on the unit itself like many towel warmers.

Great towel bar

Towel bar is exactly as described, keeps towels warm and is stylish. I purchased the programmable timer which is exactly what I needed. I have warm towels coming out of the shower!

The heated towel rack fits nicely on a wall that we had built for it. Heats up fairly quickly.

I love it. Do have to remember to give it 20-30 minutes to warm the towel. Wish it could be a little warmer, but guessing there are safety reasons it only goes to a certain temp. We added an on- off switch, which does not automatically come with it, as we felt that was safer that having it on all the time

Good Choice

We decided to purchase the Amba Jeeves E straight in oil-rubbed bronze for our bathroom remodel. Installation was straight forward with no surprises. The Jeeves appears to be well built and sturdy. As far as the heat goes, the best way I can describe it is that once its been on for a while, it's safe to touch but you would not want to hold on to it for more than 5 - 10 seconds or so. That's about perfect. Only issue we had was some damage to the shipping box. Given the weight of the Jeeves, Amba could do a bit better with the sizing and density of the foam corner protectors in the shipping box. But the Jeeves itself was undamaged. Looking forward to using it. We elected to purchase the Honeywell timer to control the Jeeves on and off cycles.

Arlene Furfero - I have not yet installed this towel warmer (in chrome), but I previously bought the same model in a different finish (oil rubbed bronze) for a bathroom in a different house and l loved it. I am expecting the same result from this towel warmer!

Doesn't heat towels

We had this installed by an electrician when we built our home. The towel bar gets hot, but the towels themselves never heat up past slightly above room temperature. We had planned to use this for two towels, but the bottom of the unit doesn't get warm enough to heat the lower towel at all.
