We got our towel warmer installed. We are very happy with it. I was not able to put the mounting posts on the wall studs so I used two one inch by three inch boards and secured those to the studs and mounted the towel warmer to the boards. That left a one inch gap between the electrical face plate and the end of the post where wires come out of the post. I found a one inch bronze sleeve at my local hardware store & used that to fill in the gap. You can see from photos how I was able to get it installed.

Could be a bit warmer

Great service, prompt delivery, easy DIY install. Only downside is towel warmer takes the chill off towels but does not really heat them. Previous warmers got our towels toasty warm.

Have had one of these towel warmers for over 8 years and bought another for our new bathroom. They do a great job and look good doing it.

Dry towels

Perfect for large towels. Since I live in northwest towels are wonderful when warm but the best is that your towels dry!!

Great looking towel bar

Just had it professionally installed during our master bath remodel. Paired it with an Intermatic Wi-Fi timer. Heats well and quickly. Looking forward to many years of heated towels. Matches with with our other brushed nickel fixtures. My wife loves the look!

Luxury upgrade for a smallish much used bathroom

The bathroom is still being worked, but the Amba towel warmer is in. We cannot wait to try it.

After much research and deliberation, we decided to make the investment into a Jeeves K towel warmer mainly because our master bathroom is sooooo cold in the winter. We decided to go with the Jeeves K because we wanted one that was long enough to fit two bath sheets. This towel warmer easily fits them if they are folded into thirds, or if one folded into thirds and the other one folded in half. This unit warms our towels beautifully. I wouldn't say that they are toasty hot, but they are very pleasingly warm to wrap around me!! You DO have to plan ahead a little with this towel warmer because it takes a while for it to heat up to maximum temp. However, I just purchased the programmable control box to take care of this. It solved the problem easily. I would highly recommend this unit, and I would definitely recommend OnlyTowelWarmers as the place to purchase it. I received my order within a week and everything was perfect with it. Well worth the investment!!

Very disappointed

This warmer is a lot of money but barely warms the towels. Not toasty, just barely warm. It looks good though. I'm surprised VTB sells such a disappointing product. I would return it if I hadn't spent so much on the installation. I even got the timer but you need to use the warmer 24/7 or it is absolutely useless.

Great product and service

I'm writing this review because the existing reviews were a big factor in my decison to buy this towel warmer, and to buy it through this company. I did a fair amount of research on different brands, and selected Amba/Jeeves based on the reviews here and the information on Amba's website. The construction quality is excellent and the finish is excellent. As far as performance I was worried, based on some reviews, that the towels would not get very warm. Turns out they get plenty warm, but it is true that it takes awhile so right now I leave the warmer on 24/7. (At some point I will probably install a timer in place of the switch.) The towels are not "piping hot" if that's what you're looking for, but they definitely feel great on a cold morning. I follow Amba's advice and drape the towel over the warmer, but don't weave it in between the bars. With this warmer I can fit two bath towels side-by-side, each folded in half.

This is an excellent top of the line warmer. The size is perfect for 2 towels which is what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

Excellent addition to the master bath

Love keeping towels warm in the winter. Stepping out of the shower is much more pleasant.
