Difficult to get the lamp to level

Beautiful light. I purchased several. They look great in a small area like a hallway.

Very nice light. Put two over an island in the kitchen and they are great. I put them on a dimmer switch so I can adjust the brightness. Perfect size, not too small or too big.

Gorgeous

While I really liked the lights when ordering, I was even more pleased at how they look hanging! They are a great length and size for my guest bath!

This light fixture is pure junk.

After the fixture is installed you must push the glass globe up the mounting wire past the bulb base. You then have to insert a split metal and rubber washer on the base in order to keep the glass globe from falling off the fixture. The hole in the glass fixture allowed the rubber washer to push out of the fixture. It is extremely difficult to get the metal washer to align with the globe so that it hangs straight.

I ordered a set of pendants for my kitchen island two months ago online while they were on sale. After multiple delays, I got my lights two months later. I was excited to have them installed but my electrician pointed out just how badly they are designed. The glass balances precariously on an open "U" shaped joint. There is no bolt to hold it glass in place over the stem. IF you manage to balance the glass so the stem hangs straight down, you are unable to touch the glass to clean it because it slips right off the open joint. The only way to adjust the light was to climb up on a ladder and rebalance it. It is the most impractical design I've ever seen.

I wasn't sure it would look good over my island, but as soon as I got it hung, it was perfect! I love it!!

Riviera Pendant Light Poor Engineering

The globe shade floats on two slotted washers (one metal and one rubber). The open-ended washers fit into a slot and the globe rests on top of them. It is free-floating and nothing holds the washer in place. There is nothing holding the globe in place but it’s weight and there is nothing to lock the washers in place. I found that very little movement of the globe, like changing a bulb or cleaning the fixture caused the washers to fall out. If you’re not careful, the glass globe will come crashing down to the floor.

Updated the lights over our counter with these beautiful lights. Glass is perfect not too thin not too thick. Very pleasing to look at, highly recommend.

Doesn’t hang straight

Loved the look of the glass but I couldn’t get the pendant to hang straight. Will be sending back.

simple is good

This light is perfect for our half bath remodel. Love the size and glass. Doesn't give off a huge amount of light, but that is what I wanted.
