I've spec'd and used these for many years.
This unit is great. I've been using these for many years in my career as a commercial interior designer. They're super flexible in aim and beam spread lamping. The LED offering in 2700K light color makes them an acceptable replacement for the highly desired warm light option we've been offered in MR-16 incandescent coloration in past years.
In the trash
Very difficult to install the lens in the fixture, almost impossible to connect the fixture wires into the ceramic socket. Maybe this one just a lemon. It looks way cool but is now in the recycle bin.
We use these lights over paintings and they really make the colors pop. They’re kind of expensive, but the bulbs lasts a long time. Being able to angle the light is very important.
