We Bought a 36x48 and the glass supporting the door wasn't strong enough to hold the door open. We had to order a 2nd bracket to make it work, bad design.

The small panel will not hold the door

I bought this and had a professional contractor install this. We could not get the small panel to hold the door.

Fit was a little off, would definitely hire professional next time

Doors don't align well. 2 sections the same height and the other 2 are the same but there must be at least a 1/2 inch difference between the taller and shorter. So disappointed is my best description.

They misrepresented what was in the kit. They sent me an email saying it was not listed correctly after I had paid for it. They have now corrected the site. Doesn’t do anything for me. Senior Management female rude.

Leave enough time for the glass to cure.

Very nice quality door easy install make sure you have a extra hand the door is heavy

24hr wait at step 3

shower assembly is fine and works well, however they expect you at step three to silicon the glass into a bracket and then wait 24hr for it to set. The glass piece that requires this is used for the door hinges so there is no way around it. A one day install becomes 2.

Missing part S

I purchased through Home Depot, my installer started on the installation. He noticed that we are missing a piece. Contacted OVE

Where is the brace/bracket for the small glass panel?

This model came without the brace for the small glass panel and door will not remain stable without it. I have no idea why some models come with the brace/bracket and others do not.

Fantastic quality and good value! I’m really impressed with the design and construction of this shower. The door opens and closes very smoothly and overall the shower is solid and strong. The glass has a nice brilliance and is crystal clear, it also has a nice weight to it and feels very premium. The black hardware I bought looked better in person than in the pictures. I’m very happy with my purchase!
