Will not stand behind product
I purchased the tub for a new build. The plumbers went to install it, they noticed 3 cracks coming from the drain. I contacted Jacuzzi for warranty. They said it was not covered under warranty and closed the case without explanation. Sorry company.

Faucet placement
Can't do a deck mount faucet. Faucet has to be mounted on the wall because the way the corners have been reinforced.
