Could be a Great Product

First let me say that I love the size and study quality of this kennel. The description mentioned that the assembly would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It took me 3 days from start to finish. Parts were mislabeled or were missing the sticker labels all together. Some areas that should have been predrilled were NOT. The instructions left a lot to be desired- pictures no written instructions. The kennel floor and roof were scratched. To be honest, I had slim hope that I would be able to finish the project. I almost gave up several times but the thought of assembling and sending the item back to the manufacturer was depressing. Eventually I was able to improvise and once the kennel was completed I was happy that I persevered. A customer shouldn't have to deal with that situation however.

this unit comes unassembled. and isn't difficult to assemble. the quality deserves 1/5 stars. there was chips out of the wood as soon as I pulled it out. there were holes drilled in the wrong places, so i had to measure, drill, and counter sink holes my self. It was to difficult to un-assemble and put in the box so i reached out to chewy.

Better than expected. Perfect solution to a normal cage in a main living area.

This crate is so nice!!! We got the medium size in black. The assembly did take a little bit but once it’s all put together it’s totally worth it. Highly recommend! It even came with the little pad/bed inside

Broke within a few days of setup

I used this to crate my chow mix who suffers from separation anxiety for a few hours per veterinary recommendation. This cage was broken within days of setup. Poor quality metal bars.

I have kept this but it is slightly too short for my dog. The wood doesn't look the same as the picture. The one I actually got looks cheap compared to the picture but I have kept it as I need it in a hurry.

Used to be cheaper?

I just bought this crate on clearance for $160 so I’m not sure why it’s now so expensive! I really do like it though, it feels very sturdy and looks SO much better than a metal crate. I just don’t think it’s worth $250.

I will not buy heavy weight items again

As stated prior, pre drilled holes were in the wrong places, had to drill new holes in order to assemble. Packing was horrible for shipping. Product was scratched and had literally chunks of wood missing due to negligent packaging. If it had been properly made then properly packaged for shipping I would have recommended to others to buy, however that is not the case and I would recommend people to go elsewhere or not order this type of product on line that needed to be shipped.

It is a nice sturdy product HOWEVER...for the price I am paying for this kennel, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the fact that my husband had to drill the holes in the proper place to put it together. So we have to buy a filler to correct the manufacturer pre drilled holes. Then the way the product was packaged ensured damaged upon delivery. The entire side of the kennel where the side door is has gouges and scratches in the wood, so.....we have to fill those in then try to match a color to paint over so it doesn't look so beat up. Like I said....for the price of the product and the issues I would not recommend buying this kennel to anyone I know. Go to a local pet store and see in person what your buying....open and inspect it before taking it home.

It’s ok construction. Definitely needed to glue and drill in new holes as the second (replacement) item also came in broken due to poor manufacturing. If you’re mildly handy it will be ok. Wood is warped.

Looks good. Terrible directions and took forever to put together. Toby is happy and sleeping in it.

Gorgeous dog crate — fairly easy to assemble, although aligning some of the panels proved to be a bit difficult at times, but that also could have been the wine. Looks lovely in my living room, and my dog loves it!

I wasn't sure what to expect but in the end I'm happy I bought this. It's very sturdy and solid and works as a great table for storage or decor.

I would definitely recommend this product.

I use the crate to house my German Shepherd puppy at night. The material is very steardy and was easy to assemble. I love that it also came with a comfy mattress for her to lay on.
