This was great when I had my dog, for right in with the rest of the furniture.

Great item lots of room for a new puppy or a smaller dog who may need to stay there during the day, easy to assemble, out dog loves his new home and often spends time there.

Dog chewed right thru it

Finally got home from traveling and put this together and he was in it for maybe an hour and he chewed right through it

This is Xena's new "office suite"

It's easy to assemble, beautiful to look at, and Xena loves it. I'm going to order another one soon for home so she has a better crate at home and doesn't need her old wire one.

Last 1.5 week

My dog ate through his kennel and climbed out with him an hour. It was her third time being put in his kennel.

I wish I returned it!

I almost returned this when I received it because it was very thin wood and a flimsy joke of a lock. My dog was able to take the "bars" off within seconds and jump right out of it.

great crate unless you’ve got an escape artist

Ordered 2 of these - my one dog is an angel and it’s a perfect crate for her - the puggle… not so much he broke through the slats to escape - back to an ugly metal crate for him.

Teacup Chihuahua tore this up!!

This is so cute but it is not practical to hold a dog. Me teacup Chihuahua had no problem chewing right through the decorative wood slats on the sides. Took him one night. We are in process of reinforcing the inside to try and save it. If not... 100 bucks down the drain

Do not recommend

I read the reviews saying a lot of dogs chewed the bars, but my dog has never chewed anything up so I wasn’t worried. When I put the crate together it felt flimsy and I figured it wouldn’t last a long time. The first day my dog was in the crate he chewed part way through the bars. I can only surmise that there is something in the material that would make a dog chew it when he’s never chewed before.

Poor design!

My puppy chew through the wooden slats to escape. Slats should be metal. I am hoping to get a replacement.

Bad for your health

I really like the crate but very disappointed with overstock for selling a product that is made of formaldehyde and could cause cancer. I wouldn't have purchased this product if I knew it was made with the toxin

Perfect Crate

This crate was so easy to put together and matches exactly what I bought. Only 4 stars as the closing latch seems a little flimsy.

Extremely Disappointed in these

I was so excited to finally get rid of the oversized metal kennels my dogs had. These were going to be perfect additions to the living room and not take up all the extra space. We put our 8 year old, medium sized dog in hers and left for 2 hours. When we returned, she had chewed bars out of it, part of the back, and even part of the front door. These were not cheap and after one use, they are trash. All this from a dog that has never destroyed anything before. It is just made of such thin wood, it was easy for her to get through.

BEAUTIFUL!

This was a perfect dog crate! Stylish and aesthetic and functional. My only complaint was how slippery it was on the bottom, my dog hated that, lol.

Great kennels for our French Bulldogs.

Great purchase for our French Bulldogs! Look so much nicer than having wire kennels in our family room. Like having furniture pieces rather than crates. Would definitely recommend.

Best Crate Ever!

This was the best Pet Crate I ever purchased!!! This was perfect for my family room instead of the standard wire crate. He goes in & out all the time. Looks like a piece of furniture which is why I purchased it!!

Didn’t last at all!

Puppy chewed through each bar on the crate and the lock is cheap. The crate only lasted three weeks, if that!

Disappointed

I like how this crate looks. The main part went together easy enough until you get to the door. The small peg and the spring are NOT the correct size for the door to work properly. My husband has had to put the door back on several times with finally having to use something he came up with just to keep the door on.So, very disappointed in the quality and how the crate went together.

Holding up beautifully.

I bought this to match another pet end table when we rescued another dog. This is the perfect piece of furniture for the family who wants to have nice things but can't. Guests don't know it's a dog crate and my dogs love knowing they have the perfect haven at night to bury themselves in blankets. Construction has been solid enough for them to jump on and bark at the mail carrier. Color has not faded or peeled.
