PERFECT!

I received my cast iron in perfect condition and received it fast. Love the color Pistachio and that is what I ordered. Cooked a great steak when I received it. The price was good , but I wish it was round instead of oval, it would fit on my stove better.

I use it in a hundred different ways.

This is a really nice piece of cookware to add to my collection. It is the perfect size for so many things. I have used it to make lots of different potatoes and casseroles and side dishes. I have also used it to make dip in and bring it to parties. It has become one of the most used pieces of bakeware in my collection. It cleans very easily, and still looks brand new. It is definitely a quality piece of cookware.

I received the kitchen-aid cast iron roasting pan about a month ago and I absolutely love it. The food cooks evenly, I haven't had anything stick to it, and I like that you can also use it in the oven.

I’m in love with my new KitchenAid cast iron pan. First of all, the color is gorgeous. It’s a soft light seafood green color. Next, it is so versatile. Depending on the dish, I can use it on the stove top, in the oven, or both. I made a coconut chicken dish which started on the stove top with browning the chicken and then fished in the oven. It was delicious. The pan cooked evenly and was easy to clean. I wish it came with a lid.

I only recently discovered the joys of cast iron cooking and have several nice pieces that I use regularly. This is my first enamel coated dish and I like it a lot so far. It cooks everything perfectly and is just the right size for casserole dishes and for roasting veggies and meat. The color is beautiful and I can just serve straight from the dish since it’s so pretty.

This is a very nice and heavy pan. I’ve made Au Gratin potatoes and also a hash brown casserole in this and it bakes it just great and it does not stick to the pan. Which of course makes clean up a breeze.

This is probably me favorite new kitchen item. I make everything in it. Nachos, Mac n cheese, roasted potatoes… it transfers heat very well to cook evenly, and quickly. I really love how beautiful it is too. This is my favorite color.

Have used this roasting pan several times since I received it and absolutely love it! Food cooks evenly, no sticking and so easy to clean afterwards. Love that it doesn’t have to be seasoned like other cast iron skillets. Very well made so it lasts a long time!

I love this pan. Not only is from a trusted name, it's beautiful in color and construction. It's heavy duty! Cooks evenly and makes the most delicious dishes. This is like a classic cast iron but more easily cared for.

I have been using this KitchenAid - 2.5-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Au Gratin Roasting Pan for several weeks now and I am very happy with how great my roasted dishes turn out. I love that I get even tempeture cooking through out and I love that this is just the right size for a lot of my dishes.

I LOVE this skillet. It has the amazing features that a cast iron has without being quite as sensitive to water and soap. The color on the outer part of the skillet is super cute, too. I wish all of my pans were like this.

I got the KitchenAid - 2.5-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Au Gratin Roasting Pan and I use it for everything! Or at least I try to. This roasting pan is great for anything in the oven! My favorite use is to do my steaks on the stove, then finish them off in the oven in this roasting pan. It’s easy to clean up and things don’t stick to it!! Very low maintenance!

I really enjoy using this dish. I've never had a cast iron pan other than the 75 year old one that my husband's grandmother gave us and it was quite heavy and rusty, so I never used it. I trust the KitchenAid brand and have no qualms about using this roasting pan. It did not disappoint!
