Great grill!

I won a silent auction to a charity (One voice) and really love it. A plastic part broke on the cart getting it home and I called and they are sending me a replacement. Great customer service! Thank you Pit Boss for donating to a great pediatric oncology charity and thanks for your excellent customer service. Very nice grill and fyi I donated more to the charity than the cost of the grill.

My smoker came super banged up like it had been in a war. I think I got someone’s return. I love QVC and believe they have quality products but the day this came and the way it was warped up is unbelievable. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am. i bought this as a gift and was super embarrassed.

Good little smoker.

I’ve enjoyed using this grill/smoker for the last 4 years. Holds temperature pretty well. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the tack welds on the handle to lid broke after about 10 uses.

Great little grill. I like that is has a char lever so you can let some flame. Handy for a small apartment space. It says portable, but I’d say needs 2 ppl to lift into a truck.

Great for RV people!

Grill works great. Very portable and easy to use, large hopper capacity. It is on the heavy side - but still manageable. Has a position lock when it is up or down which is nice. We use it in our rv and it works great for us. Nice not needing an extra table.

Quality product

Does a great job. Need 2 people to put it in the basement storage of my 5th wheel.

My third pit boss, ya the other two still work

Bought it about a week and a half ago, easy assembly, works great out of the box, ribs, steak, hamburgers, so far have turned out great. Big pellet box, sear ability, foldable legs so you can stand and cook and top shelf sets it apart from other portable grills, I wish it was 12v for camping, it could be a bit heavy for some people to load,it folds easy and locks and the lock downs for the lid and pellet box are great additions. It doesn’t quite sear as good as my other pit boss grills but still puts out a good steak, I think this is due to the distance above the fire box? the sear ability is the main reason I went with pit boss years ago and my first one is still my go to grill when I’m home, I can’t wait for a insulated blanket for this one to come out! I grill/smoke all year. Bottom line is it’s a good grill, it’s portable with a little work, cooks/smokes like a boss. I posted a review earlier but didn’t see it so…

Awesome Grill

Grill is great. The only reason it's 4 star and not 5 star is arrived dented. I went to Pit Boss and we agreed to a 50 dollar coupon for the damage. I believe it was FedEx that damaged the grill, but it's only cosmetic and it works great. It was the best price anywhere.

Disappointed

Package arrived 5 days after expected, looking ok from the outside, one small hole on the side of the box. Upon opening I could see the hopper was dented in a bunch of places. I figured I'd ignore this and just enjoy the grill... The front lid doesn't align properly, so good luck getting that guy shut without gloves when hot. Ok, I'll still give it a try. Go to power on the unit, and follow follow instructions for first burn off. Luckily, they tell you to verify that the auger turns before loading the hopper with pellets, because I'd be wasting my time trying to figure how to clean them out right now. I guess I'm off to customer service fun time.
