Used one time and I can not return this. I hate this grill. Grate space is too far apart and it flares up. Burned my hand trying to flip a burger. Next time I will buy from Lowes or Home Depot because they will let me return something this expensive that I don't want to use.

it cooks great when it arrives it was missing screws and it was already dented which was upsetting for as much as I paid.

Poorly designed, Dangerous, Porker for a portable

Poorly designed and WAYYYY TOOOO heavy for a portable. I had to fix the wheel fit to even make them work right. Difficult to set up and fold down to portable status. Could easily injure a finger or more with this beast.

Razor grill and griddle

No fault of Camping World but the propane hose and regulator was way too short. I had to call Razor for a longer hose and regulator so I could use the grill/griddle. Now everything is fine.

Just ok.

No looking lids, the quality of the BBQ burners the flame to high on the front, uneven cooking. The griddle is nice and works fine, the wheels are floppy.

The Perfect Combo

This was just what I was looking for. I couldn't decide between a blackstone style or a grill style gas stove. This unit gave me both with one side having a flat plate and the other side with a grill plate. Ideal for all my outdoor cooking needs.

Read previous reviews on the unit. They said unit was a good unit except for the wheels. They were right. Who ever designed them should be looking for new job. I disassembled and drilled them out and installed bushings and washers to solve the problem. Otherwise the unit seems to be quality unit.

Razor grill

This has been a great addition to our camping experience! I love it! Our camper is on o seasonal site and I store the grill/griddle in a shed and do not fold it up. If use several plastic washers on the wheels and put a little lock tire on the nuts you can take care of the wheel wobble !

Great costumer service

I ordered the razor with a promo free set of 18 piece grille set, when tried to add it to cart it said not available, I ordered grille anyway... Called a few days later to inquire about the promo and they couldn't find offer(it only ran a few days) so for reimbursement they gave me a 10%discount on the order, very much appreciated since they couldn't even confirm the original promo...alot of trust going on there...so Thank You Latoya, a very professional customer service woman, Thanks again to campingworld and Latoya👍

Poorly engineered product and even worse customer service from Razor.

Purchased at Camping World for, you guessed it, camping. This set up might be okay if you plan to use it for tailgating, but you should plan a different rig if you're looking to use it while trailer or RV camping and want to avoid carrying yet another LP tank. Waited for 45 minutes on hold to talk to Razor customer (dis)service and when I finally got through the rep was not only unhelpful, but was disrespectful and ultimately hung up on me. Amazing. Don't buy!!

I read all the reviews I could find. They all seemed favorable except the wobbly wheels. It seems well constructed and went together well. Yes the wheels are very wobbly. It is not the correct wheel and bolt combination. I fixed that for $5. I "bushed out" the wheels with nylon bushings. I drilled the wheel axle hole to accept the nylon bushings and drilled out the bushings to fit the axle bolts. I also added washers to take out the extra play on the bolt axles. I am very happy with the result. No more wobbling. I have not had a chance to grill since it is about 10 degrees and snowing here. The previous posts have addressed the grill and the griddle. It may be a five star when I get to use it later in the spring.
