The product was as described. The quality was very good. The parts, once removed from box, the end piece mount was missing a small set screw that precluded installation. A very thorough search of the packing material revealed the missing small set screw embedded in the plastic bubble wrap. Had that screw not been found the towel bar would still be in a its's box.
