You need that rubber mallet!!

I got the gold color, and it works well for my space! I'm using it as prayer rugs holder. Putting it together was a bit challenging though, the instructions aren't detailed, and the thing that hold the corners together and you need a rubber mallet in order to do so, is very cheap (it looks like plastic to me) and kept producing fragments while I was hitting it with the mallet.

This is the most handy thing ever! Assembled with ease and easily holds two bath sheets and a bath mat in the guest bath. Keeps everything available for friends and family when they stay over.

Just Enough

It sits in the corner of the half bath, i didn't need a lot, just something special to brighten up the space. The towel rack did it plus I like the unusual shape of the rack. It was just prefect for the space.

It took a while for my husband to assemble this and had to buy special hammer, rubber mallet. Now I have been using this for couple weeks and like this. It's not overly large but still has 3 slots to put towels and not too wobbly like other ones I had before. I am happy I decided to give this a try.

So disappointed! I wanted this outside on our lanai for beach towels and it is TINY and not sturdy at all. Might be fine for small towels, but not for anything substantial.

I am loving my towel rack. It matches my hardware in my bathroom. It is very sturdy and looks very expensive. I am getting a lot of compliments on it also. This is a must buy if you are in need of a Freestanding Towel Rack, you will not be disappointed. Oh and it is very easy to put together, make sure you follow all directions.

I looked at several free-standing towel stands and decided on this one. It handles the oversized towel without a problem. We bought two as we had the room. The larger towels do great on the tallest rod but not sure they would dry on the lower ones fast enough.

Nice rack

Just as described. Easily fits two full-sized bath towels, could probably fit three. Plenty of room across for each towel to dry. The bronze color blends well with the black fixtures in our bathroom. We only have wall space for one towel bar. I tried a double wall bar, but it stuck out so far someone was going to get hurt! I like this one and it can be moved around.

Perfect solution for small or odd sized bathroom!

I didn't want to add towel racks to a bathroom with a hip wall, so I was browsing stand-alone towel racks. When I came across this one, it seemed like the perfect solution. It is! From the pics you see how small of a space I had to work with, and I didn't want it to feel crowded. It comes with little rubber bumper stick on feet. Easy to assemble, but make sure you have your rubber mallet.

Good solution to holding extra towels

This towel rack was easy to construct. It works well as we needed something to hold extra towels. A little of the finish flaked off when we used the rubber mallet to put the pieces together. But nothing that would be noticeable as it is used.

Perfect! Put it beside our walk in shower. It's a ideal fit against the side wall. Also, it's away from the toilet so I don't have to worry about the "plume" when you flush. Much more sanitary!

This product is very helpful in an apartment that lacks towel racks. It does not take up a lot of space and sits right outside the shower. If you like to use the extra size bath sheets 2 towels can be hung but the 2nd towel may touch the floor, check your towel size.

The bar rack was defective, The pieces did not...

The bar rack was defective, The pieces did not fit together. No instructions or photos were included. It came in a plain brown box. I looked up on website to remember what it was supposed to look like. Not much you can do if the pieces don't fit together because they are all the same size & don't fit into one another. I returned it to the store. Would not recommend this purchase. It turned me off all Kingston Brass products.

Attractive but impractical for large Towels

The item is attractive, stable and looks just like the picture. I think, however, there is a basic engineering flaw. The wider bar should be in the back and the narrower one should be in front. My bath towels are too long to fit on the front bar and too wide to fit on the narrow bar in the back.

This rack assembles easily but some of the pieces are low grade plastic I'm not certain will pass the test of time. Also, it's shorter than it should be. If the towel is not folded perfectly in half, it will touch the ground if hung on the front most rack. And the tiers are too close together. Thicker towels will touch when hanging three of them on this rack. It is stable when fully loaded, no issues with tipping.

I really enjoy the look in my bathroom. It's not as bulky as I had anticipated which is good, because I need to move it often. While assembling, I learned how soft the metal actually is. Be forewarned not to over-tighten bolts or the metal will cave in (slightly...see photo). My only complaint is that I wish it were about 2" taller since my normal-length towels hang super close to the floor. (Towels and rugs also from Overstock.com)
