Leaks, a lot

We bought this 4 years ago and initially it was great. Now it leaks from the entire border area. We don’t have hard water and there isn’t any calcification on the numerous ports. I’m working on a warranty claim.

Don't buy. Lasted 6 months

After six months of use, water started leaking from the side of the shower head. I bought a second one with the same results. Shower is installed in the master bedroom and is used twice a day.

Do not buy!

As others have stated, this shower head is terrible . During the first shower the rain head popped and separated from itself.

Great shower head

Works perfect. The biggest plus for me is it directed the water on me not all over the glass walls!! Makes for easy clean up. Nice soft spray. The best!!

Failed completely after 2 years

The shower head separated at the bottom so water was pouring out, not spraying through the sprayers. Piece of junk! I would expect it to last more than 2 years because it gets minimal use too!

Bought two; both broke

This fixture looks great and is easy to install, but within 4-6 weeks, the plastic face on the shower head pops out, and instead of straight down water flow, the flow starts spraying wide. I thought maybe the first one was a fluke, but no: second one brought the exact same experience. Save yourself some time and buy a different showerhead. (Build.com's customer service is excellent. Don't let this review dissuade you from purchasing from Build.com!!)

Plastic housing broke.

Finally finished bathroom remodel and installed the shower head in a horizontal position (true rain shower). While I've had the shower head for some time, I've only had it installed and used it for about one month. I noticed water was flowing over from the top of the shower head. I looked on top and simply turned the shower head horizontally and the whole head separated from the metal part of the fixture holding it in place. The cheap plastic completely broke away. The shower head was never moved after installation until I went to check the leak.

I was skeptical of this showerhead being strong enough, but it’s great. Looks pretty in the shower!

Works well so far

Good aesthetics and has been working well so far after 2 months of using!

Really nice looking for the price

This is a very fancy shower head for not a fancy price. The issues we have with have more to do with plumbing issues at our house.

Love the look . It goes well with the rest of the bathroom fixture.
