Looks nice but feels a bit inexpensive

Sprayer is very lightweight and "plasticy". Faucet looks nice but quality is just ok. Handles are a bit flimsy when you turn it on.

pretty faucet

The Port Haven faucet looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen. The finish is not shinny brass but more muted. I didn’t want a design that was overpowering. I would describe it as a simple vintage design. It looks great with my gold and milk glass schoolhouse light fixture, soapstone countertops and stainless sink. The only negative is the hose is too short on tbe sprayer. We plan on replacing it with a longer one.

The faucet came with uneven faucet posts and I had to return the item.

It looks stunning! It is heavy and very sturdy. I believe it is better to spend $ on good fawcetts as they do last much longer. Haven't installed it yet as that happens tomorrow. So can give further feedback.

Nice faucet- the sprayer is plastic, which is a bummer, but it still looks good. I wish it were a little more hefty, but for the price, I do think it's fair!

Great for a little added height

Fits perfectly in my tall-person-sized kitchen! Easy to reach handles, at the right height, with a great feel and perfect chrome finish.

Pretty faucet but sprayer hose too short

We installed this faucet for a client. It is very beautiful but the client complained that the sprayer hose is way too short. It doesn't allow her to reach all areas of her sink. When I contacted customer service, they indicated a longer hose is not available. The installation design for the sprayer does not allow any adjustment either. The client is very disappointed and may want to reselect.
